The cabin is great for families or couples. All three beds are comfortable. We loved the electric fireplace. The hot tub wasn't working when we got there. We called the rental company and they sent someone out right away. Would definitely stay there again!
Many tripping hazards between differences in flooring. Bathtubs very slippery with no grab bars. This is no place for senior citizens. We were 70+. No glass in bathroom to take medicine. No Kleenex. Very dark inside even turning on lights.
The cabin was very cute if you are into dark interiors. Bird poop all over exterior of cabin. Kitchen was fully stocked with dinnerware, pots, pans. Beds very comfortable, except one in back bedroom where you slept in a hole. Needs new mattress. Plenty of towels. Beautiful setting!
The inside of the cabin was super cute and very clean! The beds were also very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked !There are a few things I will mention that could be improved: the driveway was an issue getting vehicles up and down...the sides of the driveway were washed out and not enough rocks...it was super bumpy ...also the inside of the cabin smelled very musty... the furniture on the deck needed a good cleaning- most of the chairs had bird poop all over them . There was also a dead bird on the deck that you could tell had been there for awhile.
For these reasons I give the cabin 4 stars instead of 5.
The cabin has plenty of space, the kitchen was actually functional, and the bedrooms/bathrooms are well laid-out for two couples to stay in comfortably. It's on a lovely piece of land and there was lots to do. We appreciated the attention to detail with the well-stocked coffee bar, comfortable beds, and fluffy towels. It was all better than we hoped!
The property was amazing and we had a blast. The hot tub and game room were a lot of fun, we could have easily stayed for more days and been perfectly happy.
