Great location, close to downtown, airport and the grand ol opry. Accommodated our family of 5, not using the sofa in the main living area. The bedroom on the bottom floor is a trundle, daybed and the room is small. Lots of stairs! The Kitchen has everything you need to enjoy dinners in. The walls do need touched up with paint. This home really does not have an outdoor area to enjoy.. but we were on the go most of the time. We loved the fact that it had a garage for parking.

Great experience!

This was one of the best Vrbos we’ve stayed in. Very clean, lots of room, great location, accurate description and pictures. We really enjoyed having two master bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Just be aware there are lots of steps. You have to go up two flights of stairs to get to the two master bedrooms. Wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others. The smaller bedroom is on the first level. The kitchen, living room and half bath were on the second level.

Viking takeover in Nashville

We met in Nashville to cheer on the Vikings at Nissan Stadium. The property was comfortable, spacious and a perfect place to gather. We were close enough to the stadium and Broadway for a quick Uber ride. Overall, a great visit and we'd recommend others stay here as well.

Girls Birthday Trip

The property looks just like the pictures online. It is clean and still smells new. There were a lot of extras that you don’t normally get in a vacation rental. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Several reviews complained about the stairs. It is a 3 story building and most buildings in this area are 3 stories with stairs. I thought it was good exercise. My only suggestion would be recliners or foot stools so you can put your feet up after a long day of walking in Nashville. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Cozy and Convenient!

We needed a layover spot in Nashville for 7 people. This place was fabulous. Plenty of space, well appointed, and all the hotspots were easily accessible from this location. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Escape

The unit is as described. The place was very clean and well appointed. We did not cook but the kitchen is fully stocked if that's your plan/preference. The beds were super comfortable (we like them firm!) and the bathrooms spacious, good water pressure and temperature control. The living room space is comfy and the TV easy to use. We liked having Alexa to boss around to play our music preferences. Several easy to walk to coffee shops and a couple of breweries. Reasonable cost and time to get Uber to downtown--and wow, Broadway is an EXPERIENCE. Loud and crowded but with a fun and safe vibe. Easy access to the unit with a numbered keypad; Allison was super accessible. We would definitely stay here on a return trip.

Spring getaway

As advertised, lots of stairs! Great location for getting into downtown easily and for groceries and funky coffee places. Comfortable beds and nice to have so many bathrooms. The smaller bedroom worked out for us because someone really wanted the day bed but could have been an issue as the room was smaller for two people. Bright kitchen with good coffee appliances! A few more plates and glasses would have helped with the amount of people (6) we had. A bit more seating in the living space as well but the dining table acted as a landing zone for games and conversation. We were only able to have 3 WiFi log-ins at a time and didn’t get that resolved but took turns. Overall, very good experience.

Nashville Birthday

The place was nice, but if you can't do stairs keep looking. Master and guest bedroom are on the third floor. Walls need cleaning and touch up painting. Hundreds of marks on the walls. Maybe a Magic Eraser even. It was clean however, beds were comfortable and location was close enough for a reasonable Uber to Broad Street. Would likely not stay again due to the steps.

Clean, convenient

This property was clean and convenient. Walking distance to many things in the trendy East Nashville and a short uber ride to Broadway. As others have said, there are lots of stairs so just be sure that is acceptable with your ability. It worked great for us since the stairs separated bedrooms from living areas and kept our early risers from waking our late sleepers.

Great Location to stay just outside of the city, but still very easy to access by Uber. Everything you may need for a longer duration stay. Very clean any everything we expected. Be prepared for a lot of stairs.

Great place to stay!

Came here with family and friends to visit my son who lives in Nashville. Place was perfect for what we needed. Spacious and clean and we didn’t mind the steps at all. We had one little plumbing issue but it was taken care of quickly. Quick Uber ride to downtown.

Great Bachelorette Weekend!

We rented this house for a Bachelorette weekend for one of my good friends and it was a group of 7 of us. It was the perfect space for us, but if you do not like a lot of steps that is something to keep in my mind because it is a lot of steps to walk up and down. Otherwise, beautiful, and awesome property! Thanks for everything!
