Located right in the Heart of Broadway! This apartment is hip, spacious and perfect for groups -- perfect for your next Nashville Vacation, Birthdays, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Reunions and so much more!

Enjoy the amazing view overlooking the neon lights of Broadway and the Bridgestone Arena. Nashville has plenty of rental units, but there are only two this large located on Broadway -- and both take up the two top floors in the Lucky Bastard Saloon building!

Once you step outside the loft, you're right in the heart of Broadway! A short walk to the world famous Tootsies, Hattie B's, Jack's BBQ, Whiskey River Saloon and more. Or simply walk downstairs to Lucky Bastard Saloon and enjoy live music, the Nashville Hot Chicken menu and cold drinks.

Great Spot But Additional House Rules Unknown

This was a great location and house for a bachelor party. My friends enjoyed the spot but we only had one complaint, house rules. Prior to check in the house manager send a list of rules, requirements, and check in process. Upon leaving the house I was asked to pay an additional fee...there house manager had an added replacement list not sent prior to our stay was was hit with a 250 charge.

21st Birthday Bash

Great location right in the heart of Music City!! Everything worked out great for us. We read about noise but the only spot we could really hear the noise was in the front room. Some of our people slept there and said the advertising was spot on. The music stops at 230am and starts again at promptly 10am. The bouncers at the bar were great and we felt welcomed every time we came or went. The little things
. Couches were comfortable, fans in every room and lots of towels. Will absolutely recommend to others!!

the toaster oven onsite takes about an hour and a half to cook a pizza. might want to look at adding a pizza oven or something like that.

Location Location Location

This is the best location on Broadway. Right in the action. An elevator ride away from being back in your room. Everything was within walking distance. Food, music, coffee, shopping, market, liquor store, etc. we had a couple guys book aone tattoos and it was a 4 min walk. This place is amazing and highly recommend. A tad little downfall is just the live music til 3am so don’t stay here if you are an early snoozer
but if you are going to bed early in Nashville
then you don’t deserve to be there

Location!!

If your looking for the best possible location, this is it. If your looking for peace and quiet this is not for you. Stayed here for a bachelor party and it couldn’t have been any better for what we were looking for. The convenience of being able to access our condo anytime we wanted was incredible.

Fun get away with friends

Perfect location for all the honky tonk bars, the loft was clean & well stocked with towels, soap, coffee, etc. There was 12 of us, all had a place to sleep, only thing to make this place perf would be another bathroom but overall very happy with our stay.
