The starter were friendly. I liked that stores were close by. I disliked that I called to the front and told the agent I would be to the desk in ten minutes and it wasn't a problem, when I got there I wanted to pay with cash, he told me he already checked me out and had to check everyone out by 11:00. I asked could he change it and he stated couldn't . Working in an hotel environment I never heard that before. I

In town for SERVPRO franchise owner meeting

Pros: Met our needs. Staff helpful and friendly.
Cons: minor- towel rack or hooks on bathroom wall.
Location: Very convenient to variety of places to shop, eat from choice of chains or local flavor.
Able to rest very well. Breakfast was standard and satisfying. Location is convenient. WIFI worked well. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and safe. Price was acceptable.

Good value for Money.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, very pleasant pool area
We had a great 2nd floor unit overlooking pool, several restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was very well done. Front Desk Staff allowed access after hours for Internet usage, winding up business/pleasure trip. Would definitely recommend & would stay again. Nice, clean rooms.

Unexpectedly nice accommodations for a reasonable rate.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
This is really a great find. Fridge and microwave in addition to other amenities made this a really nice place to stay for three days. It's not super-elegant like a big-city, high-end hotel, but our room was --roomy! and very pleasant, with courteous staff, too. The coffee in the room was good, too, and the continental breakfast was more than most offer. Good choices for dinner nearby, too. We'll stay here again on our next trip to Nashville. Bed was good.

No complaints!

The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean. The fitness room was a bonus. The breakfast was plentiful. There was fresh coffee and a computer in the lobby. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend this site to anyone!

great!

I had to hurry down to Tnn, for a court date and had no plans for lodging . We got into town at 5:00 in the morning,noone would rent us a room that we would not have to be out of at noon. So I Tried the Jameson, explained to the nice man what our trouble was with just getting into town and what not. He said no proble,mam I'll just check you in now and you can stay untill tommarow's check out time. And did just that ! IT was the nice's thing he could have done for us. The staff also was wonderful, they went out of their way to make sure we had all we needed.The room's where very clean,and well planed out they had a coffee pot,iron &ironing board,miccrowave,fride,and a big t.v . Plus the fitness room rocked! We didnt use the pool,yet but I have more tripe's to make to gallatin and plan to stay with the Jameson INN everytime, they really are the kind of pepole that make your stay great. Oh I forgot the breakfast / dinning room was the best ! Anyway my family and I would have to say it's one of the best, and we'll be back!
