Room, especially the bed, was very comfortable. Front desk staff left a lot to be desired, but valet and restaurant staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

great for quick airport stay
Nice rooms, beautiful lobby. Outstanding staff. Wish hotels.com would post parking prices, as we did not realize we had to pay $18 additional for self parking. Only stayed as needed place near airport for early flight, did not use amenities or eat here.

Pros: The staff was accommodating and polite. The lobby, halls, restaurant, and bar were well-maintained. The restaurant’s food was good. Cons: The bathroom had mildew in the shower. My bed had an unclean smell to it although linens were clean. The mattress was not in the best condition. Housekeeping did not do a good job. I keep my room pretty organized so all they would need to do is take out garbage and fix up a bit. They did a mediocre job of that. Parking was once free, not anymore! Overall: I would not spend my money to stay here again. This is simply based on the private accommodations, but I would not mind having dinner/drinks at the restaurant/lounge once in Nashville again.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. I arrived really late and where super nice even at this late hour. The hotel is a little worn but very clean and convenient to the airport.
