Interesting refreshed hotel of five stories. Seems recently remodeled, so facilities are in good shape. Room was small and configuration a little unusual with the sink, mirror and surrounding light dominating the room, But it was usable. Only had one bulb out. Bed and breakfast were very good. TV was huge and good quality, although there were occasional dropouts. Interesting gated parking area, but the gates worked well. Only real negative was the Wi-fi. It worked, sometimes, but seemed to become very slow and highly lagged, becoming largely unusable. But overall, for the price and location, it was a good stay.

The hotel is very pretty, clean, staff was very nice, the rooms are clean and good size. The only thing I can't give the. A 5 is on the beds. We had 3 rooms and all of us had complains about the matress. Tgey need to get new ones.

This was such a great stay! This is a clean,safe,and family oriented environment! My daughter & rest incredibly well and enjoyed the breakfast. The staff is amazing and truly goes over and beyond for their customers. I was on of those customers. The room was very spacious since we had the little kitchenette. It gave a nice space for my husband to work on his computer and conduct zoom meetings without affecting me in the main living space. The location is fabulous! Close to the airport and an easy drive to most tourist attractions. We appreciated the gated parking behind the building with a secure entrance. The elevator could use some servicing and updating. The breakfast dining area and coffee & tea beverage bar is a very nice setup. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was always well stocked. The only issue was the selection of fresh fruit. The whole week we were there the oranges were so old there was no juice inside them and the apples were so old the peel was wrinkly and the inner pulp was mushy & flavorless. We were very comfortable our entire stay and enjoyed the free hot popcorn at night. The desk staff are efficient but not welcoming or warm. The employee on duty usually had a boyfriend or friend hanging in the lobby that they were busy talking to the whole time so we were never greeted or addressed when entering or leaving.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, with several good options. There was an issue in the room with the television, which was very disappointing. The television would turn on and you could not change the channels. It would stay on the home screen and was not able to be changed. This was highly inconvenient and while it was the only issue, it was still an issue with the stay.
