They canceled my reservation, the hotel is saying Travelocity canceled it , Travelocity is saying the hotel canceled it , no one wants to claim responsibility, the manager kept trying to say it could have been a bad credit card over and over even though the credit card worked just fine for everything else , Travelocity said the hotel canceled my reservation bc I wasn’t there at 4 pm for check in , the hotel said they didn’t , but I was a no show even though I drove 5 hours and was there at 9 pm and was sent away bc there was no rooms available

The room was clean except for the spider. Breakfast had a nice selection. Street traffic was a little noisy but bearable. Overall it was a very nice place. Roomy in the entrance/breakfast area.

Booked for ease near the airport. Bed was comfortable, some wear around the edges of the room, the warm breakfast was great.Fitness centre is a bonus, dumbbells and a squirt bottle with cleaning solution for the equipment would be beneficial.

Recently renovated and nicely appointed rooms and lobby area! Great breakfast and plenty of seating each morning. Comfortable bed and desk chair. The only negatives were the WiFi did not work in the lobby area (was fine on other floors) and the room had a bit of a musty smell. But overall will definitely stay there again!

Rude housekeeping staff. They walk into your room without even knocking on day of check out WAY before your checkout time. I requested a late check out because of flight and was told at the front desk I could have it, but on day of check out housekeeping barged in my room and said "get out" its time for you to check out.
