They canceled my reservation, the hotel is saying Travelocity canceled it , Travelocity is saying the hotel canceled it , no one wants to claim responsibility, the manager kept trying to say it could have been a bad credit card over and over even though the credit card worked just fine for everything else , Travelocity said the hotel canceled my reservation bc I wasn’t there at 4 pm for check in , the hotel said they didn’t , but I was a no show even though I drove 5 hours and was there at 9 pm and was sent away bc there was no rooms available

The staff was helpful and very nice. The location of the property is convenient to Opry Mills and its surrounding areas. It was a quiet location. Unfortunately, there were stink bugs in multiple rooms and a spider in the bathtub in my room. I also noticed small details that didn't hinder my stay but could improve the appearance of the rooms (e.g., paint blotches on the ceilings, perfect the paint lines, etc).

The outside of the building appears to have been repainted making it appear fresh and inviting, but the abundance of cigarette butts left something to be desired. The lobby was inviting but once you get to your room, it really needs an update. The room is stale looking and the bathrooms needs remodeling. The beds and pillows were not comfortable at all.

Appears to be an older hotel that needs updating and attention to repairs. The elevator took a very long time to move only 5 floors up or down. The evening receptionist was very friendly and engaging. The daytime receptionist was rude and acted like it was a bother to interact with her. The toilet had stopped up and we tried to call using the hotel phone but it didn't work. So, we had to go down to the front desk. The front desk person said she would get housekeeping to bring a plunger, but her attitude said otherwise (she had no interest in helping). After waiting for about 15 minutes, we called from our personal phone and the front desk person acted surprised that noone showed up. Within 5 minutes of the phone call, housekeeping brought a plunger. Overall, not a terrible experience. The bed was comfy, the room provided the necessary accommodations. The parking area had plenty of spaces and it didn't feel unsafe coming and going in the late hours. Breakfast was a typical hotel continental fare (eggs, sausage, gravy, waffles, cereal, pastries, etc). I was pleased with the offerings.

The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. The room was great the only issues I had with this hotel was that the breakfast was subpar and the hotel stinks. It smells like an old dirty carpet that hasn’t been cleaned in years. It was so bad it made my allergies flare up. They should consider removing the carpet or having it professionally cleaned.
