The space
You'll have full access to the entire house, which was recently remodeled with new granite counters, stainless steel appliances, freshly painted and expertly decorated. Plenty of parking for your entire group. There is a shared basketball hoop with the neighbor. Fully fenced yard!

**This house is not wheelchair accessible. There is no living space on the first floor as it is built on stilts. All living space is on the 2nd and 3rd floors, so stairs are required.

Other things to note
Easy walk to the trailhead or head into town for dinner. You can fish from the banks or tie up and float in the river soaking up the sun all day. Also, a short 30 min ride to west Nashville if you want to go to the city.
