I didn’t like the fact that I’ve stayed in more upscale hotels like Cambria and Radisson the deposit was only $50 at WoodSpring the deposit was $150 . The front desk closes at 8 wasn’t open on Sunday so requesting towels was an issue I’m used to going to hotel coming back and beds made linen changed they don’t do it. Then u have to share an iron and the board but if the desk closes at 8 you’re stuck. Also it said they had dishes and cookware and they didn’t the rooms were clean but I’m used to full service and they don’t provide I don’t think I’ll ever book there again

The room was adequate but we had three rooms. Cockroaches were seen in wo of them. Linens are minimal and bed covers were filthy. Won’t return.

Everything was nice for a short 3 day stay! The walls were a little thin, but it was not too bad. It was a perfect little area that had everything one may need! I would highly recommend if you are just wanting to go out and see the city and just need a place to crash:)

No one came to help when we tried to check-in in the evening which resulted in our whole reservation getting canceled and our room was given away.

Upon checking in, I entered the room to find that the bed was not made. There was a comforter thrown on the chair beside the bed but no sheets. Pillows were without pillow cases, no towels or toiletries. The staff was friendly in resolving this, but I carried all my stuff up to the room only to have to switch rooms. This caused me to run behind for an important dinner.
