Localização excelente a duas esquinas da orla de Ponta Negra. Garagem incluída. Flat em má condição de conservação: portas podres, toalhas e tapetes puídos e manchados, paredes fofas e manchadas. A cozinha não dispõe de ao menos uma panela e somente alguns copos e talheres. Interfone não funciona. Só vale pelo valor pois com essa localização dificilmente encontrará algo semelhante. Recepção com forte cheiro de cigarro.
