The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Airport shuttle fee: BRL 140 per vehicle (one way)
• Airport shuttle fee per child: BRL 140.00 (one-way), (up to 18 years old)
• Covered self parking fee: BRL 20 per day
• Pet fee: BRL 50.00 per pet, per night
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Crib (infant bed) fee: BRL 50.0 per day

This property is managed by a professional host. The provision of housing is linked to their trade, business, or profession. The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation. This property accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB International, and debit cards. Cash is not accepted. Noise-free guestrooms cannot be guaranteed.
For guests' safety, the property includes a smoke detector, a security system, a first aid kit, and window guards in each accommodation. Guests can access their rooms with a mobile device. Contactless check-out is available.

• Upon check-in, parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years old are obligated to present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example). For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, the parent must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. If the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People intending to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate prior to traveling for more information.
• Pool access is available 24-hours a day.
• One child 5 years old or younger stays free in the same room as the parent or guardian when using existing bedding.
• Registered guests are the only ones allowed to be in guestrooms.
