Walk through to a well laid out, open plan living and kitchen area with view out to Tomaree and Yacaaba Headland. You can relax and enjoy a drink with uninterrupted views on your balcony, which has an outdoor table with seating for 4. There is a comfortable 2-seater lounge, with a TV, DVD and CD player. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need, including a microwave, full size fridge and upright stove/oven.
The main bedroom has a queen bed, built-in robe and balcony access, while the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, plus a separate toilet, and a hair dryer is available for guest's use. The functional internal laundry has a washer, dryer and ironing facilities.
Secure parking is available in the oversized single garage, as well as one off-street open car space.

The location is ideal - very quiet and literally a minute to the beach. An easy walk to Shoal Bay shops/restaurants. 5 minute walk to inner bay beaches. Throughout the day and especially at night the sound of the surf is a constant companion. Elements of the unit have been modernised. No a/c or ceiling fans which was not a problem given the frequent breezes. 2 pedestal fans were provided though one is almost useless and needs replacing. Patio furniture is very old and stained. Sadly the state of cleaning was poor - mould evident in bathroom sink, and on some shower tiling, dust and fluff around door seals. Floors and benches were clean. Lockable garage below was very handy. Yes, weâd stay again provided these simple improvements are attended to.
Nice apartment, moments from the beach, you can hear the waves & you get a lovely sea breeze.
Perfect location, just a short walk through the reserve to a beautiful beach with amazing view, crystal clear water, Shoal Bay Beach. You can easily walk as well to Little Beach for a swim + visit the Little Beach House on the water for a bite to eat & a cocktail.
Well positioned very quiet neighbourhood easy walk to everything.only criticism is that bedroom window in the single room could not be opened.Feel that this needs to be addressed urgently as it would be almost impossible to sleep in there in summer

The property was clean. Be careful while showering warm water may stop suddenly.
Could have been better if they offer WiFi. Overall I would recommend for a family of 4-5
