Photos and other reviews were misleading. This was not a very pleasant place to stay. While I appreciated having a patio, the plastic cup of cigarette butts on the patio was disgusting. There were holes in the curtains and the bedding. I did not receive any bath towels, only hand towels. There was a crack in the bathroom counter, and the tissue dispenser was boarded up. The refrigerator and the a/c unit both made weird noises throughout the night. This hotel could be amazing if they did a full remodel. Its location is perfect, only a 10-minute drive from the beaches and Asbury Park boardwalk, but the rooms are disappointing. Thankfully, I was only there one night. I would not have wanted to stay longer. I'm planning a longer trip to the area later this summer, but I certainly won't be staying here.

The properly was conveniently located for our event, very clean room. The only issue was the hallways were quite with loud with talking and some shouting to 2pm the night we stayed. Also, in spite of signs saying it is a smoke free facility, the smell of "weed" was everywhere in the hallwayss. As a non-user, this will keep me from staying here again.
