Checking in was easy lady that checked us in was very welcoming and nice. Rooms were quiet, beds comfortable and room over all clean, the pool was a bit outdated the elevators were also a bit old. A lot of parking space, Sar was very sweet and nice in the dining area. The staff was all very nice and welcoming all except a guy named Christian, he just looked not welcoming at all and very annoyed. Anyways our over all stay to the hotel was 4.5 stars I would def stay again.

Good Hotel. Don’t Buy The Breakfast

Hotel was pretty standard. The breakfast that we had to pay for wasn’t worth it. Raw biscuits, cold food that should be hot, and very limited selection. Could have spent the same amount at a restaurant and gotten better food.

I was put in room 303. The room was clean and in decent condition. It was the second room from very near by Interstate 35. Looking out the window you are looking at the highway. The road noise was constant all night. It was not like a sound machine. Sirens and big trucks woke me up multiple times. The toilet also ran all night. I tried to heat up water to make tea in the Keurig in the morning and the water turned out yellow and had quite a bit of particulate in the bottom of the cup. I was only planning to stay one night. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and courteous. It is a safe and decent hotel. They just have some details to work out. The noise was a deal breaker for me. I wouldn’t stay that close to the highway again.

Sis-standard made to order breakfast.

I didn’t like having a made to order breakfast. The food was cold (especially the potatoes)! I would have preferred getting my own food from a food bar. Would have preferred yogurt.
