1. Positives: Well-appointed rooms in a new hotel. Welcoming front-desk. Good house-keeping staff. 2. Negatives: 1. Highway traffic noise 2. Funky room layout. It looks great and is very functional. However, the bathroom sink is located near the bed. If you use the sink at night, it will wake up the person sleeping in the bed.

no hot water upon check in was not informed of the situation until hours later when i went to take a shower. called the desk to report no hot water and this is when i was told about the hot water not working at the moment. i was told that maintenance was currently working on it. front desk should have informed me of the hot water issue as I was checking in This was unacceptable
