The Fall is such a peaceful & scenic time at the lake. An excellent time for a weekend fishing trip!

Take it easy at this unique getaway that rests in a quiet cove on Badin Lake. Enjoy "me" time, read a book on the dock, sit at the fire pit, fish, hop on your boat. Simply get away. You do You!

If you're expecting a 5-star resort, this may not be the place for you. Having said that, we take great pride in this being a great lakefront property.

First vacation of the summer at Badin. The location of this property is wonderful, the cove is great very friendly neighbors and the walk from the house to the lake was not too far. We will stay here again.

Badin Lakefront cottage

Nice unit for a couple getaway. Small but all we needed. Dated needs updating but there were a few issues but was handled efficiently. Would suggest Badin Lake Family Restaurant be added to recommended restaurant's nearby. They serve breakfast and lunch.

Perfect Little Getaway

Staying at this Badin Lake Property was just what my husband and I was looking for to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my birthday! The boat dock was perfect for lounging and view was serene! The house was accommodating to what we needed and the house host was attentive to our needs! We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Retreat

Nice cottage with lakefront view. Not the Ritz but an excellent place for a getaway. King size bed is very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Nice boat dock.

Kyla was an amazing host! Very quick to respond to questions or needs. Home is perfectly located on the lot with plenty of shade. The cove is the friendliest we have ever experienced! We had an absolute blast! Boating on the lake or hanging out by the dock all day. Pack your bags and book soon!!!! A place like this will fill up fast!!! Thank you Kyla!!!!!

Lake access

The house was fine and access to the lake easy. My only negative comment relates to weather. Days were in the 90’s during our stay. There is a wall ac unit in the living/ kitchen area. No vents in either bedroom. So common area was quite cool. We used the provided fans but the cords were not long enough to reach the living area and blow cooked air into the bedrooms I would stay there again but not in hot weather.

Great fishing getaway

Great location on water . Enjoyed fishing and relaxing nice to leave boat in water at dock all weekend and just jump in and go fishing. House was stocked with everything we needed. Warm and cozy. Great view
