The Staff is amazing. Haley at the front desk was on point with everything? The valet team is also amazing. Tevin and team go beyond and above for their guest ! I will be sure to stay here on my net visit !

Our room was not ready when we arrived just before 4pm. There were a lot of other people also waiting for rooms in the lobby. We waited for two hours and it was still not ready so we ended up finding a room in another hotel down the street. Embassy is terrible and their workers are rude! I do not recommend. Several other families ended up leaving too. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

Balcony with great view, breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from. Room however was just too big for no reason with a small bathroom. Overall however my stay was pleasant.

The room itself was big and comfortable. The area around the hotel is nothing to write home about but it is very close to the french quarter, 13 minute walk. The staff outside of ONE person in my four days was patient and kind. Everyon else was very rude, short and generally not happy. Even checking in one person rudly cut me off as i asked a question and said she was unable to do anything. Later that evening someone was, the one woman who was friendly the whole time.
