A nice, reliable all inclusive. Some of the new/younger staff members need to be better informed about the hotels dining options.

Mississippi makes this resort look good. Upon arrival our reservation was for four days, not six. This was on the hotels end, not travelocity. It took them over an hour to figure out. On day 4 our keys stopped working. This took them over an hour to fix as well. When they advertise all inclusive it should mean just that. There shouldn't be levels of all inclusive. We have stayed at more than 10 all inclusive resorts and have never heard of different levels. We made reservations for dinner and the front desk didn't let the restaurant know. Oscar from the restaurant helped us with that. He was very helpful and should manage the whole place. Poor service is the result of poor management. The front desk is clueless. To make things worse there is really low water pressure in the shower and the water isn't even hot. The waitstaff is very nice and we love cozumel. We will visit the island again but will definitely stay somewhere else.

The food was the same every night. Staff short handed, unless you tipped well. Many times there was no where to sit. For an all inclusive, it was limited when and where you could eat. Felt like we were not welcomed. Could never get change for even a 20$ bill because they never have cash even though if you loose a towel key they charge you 40 to 50 dollars. Will never go back there.

I was very happy with my stay. I traveled alone and felt completely safe and well cared for by the resort staff. The resort’s food was very good, the cocktails were plentiful and the property was well maintained. The resort varied the dining locations and options. If you have the opportunity, definitely try the flaming coffee prepared table side.The freshly prepared omelets made by Virgilio each morning were expertly made. I enjoyed the nightly entertainment and was pleased to win a wonderful massage with Nancy. Nancy is very skilled. I had three massages with her and found my tensions and aches were completely gone. The sit down dinners are not to be missed.
