one of the views on the island right on the waters edge . they also have another hotel adjoining the property called B Unique very nice place with an infinity pool that sets right on the waters edge . staff is great and helpful

Beautiful hotel. Shame about the loud construction

This hotel is gorgeous and I would definitely come back, however, there was construction going on while we were there that we were not notified about. Half the beach was closed and there were working on this side of the beach happening away all through breakfast a few feet from us which made it impossible to relax. We left and went elsewhere for the day. The worst part was that we were woken up by jackhammering on our first morning at 8am, right outside our window. Not the first thing you want to wake up to on your first day of vacation. The food, the beach, the front desk and the rooms were all delightful and to a very high standard. Shame about the construction.

Diamond in the Rough

Pros: The beach and pool area, front desk staff.
Cons: Rooms, food selection on menu
Location: Downtown Cozumel
Hotel B is a gorgeous hotel. When you pull up the front is pretty unassuming. However, once you enter and go around back to the pool and beach side of the hotel you feel as if you have entered paradise. The pool is warm so you can swim day or night and the ocean comes right up to the property so you can enter the water from the jacuzzi area or the pier! My only issues with Hotel B are that the rooms are dated and in need of quite a few upgrades. The beds are comfortable, but the curtains have holes in them, electricity works via key card, and the bathrooms are small. However, it is comfortable enough and the exterior beautiful enough to make your stay pleasant. For the most part the hotel staff are great (shout out to Concepcion who was awesome!). There are a few on staff who behave as if they do not want to serve you (we were at the pool and did not receive poolside service; however, others were observed being attended to throughout the visit. Otherwise this place is great! If you are looking for all the frills of an all-inclusive resort like the big names, then this place is not for you. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation then book fast...so much bang for your buck!

Pros: The View
Cons: Clean the rooms, new beds, clean sheets would be nice, and some towels in the room would be good. And wifi that works.
The room was not all that clean, the bed sheets were dirty and stained, the beds sucked, wifi did not work in the room. There were no towels in the room and had to ask for more everyday and the shower seemed to have 2 setting cold or steam. But the staff was very helpful.

Just go to B!

Loved our stay! The staff was amazing, rooms and views were amazing. Nice and tranquil areas to relax or lounge by the pool. Everything was clean and food was good. By far a great value for what you get!

Great hotel, Great value

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week and it was fantastic. The staff was really friendly and the hotel was very clean. We were in an oceanview room with a king bed, it had a lovely view. The Bistro at the hotel is very good as well, great to grab a snack while you are at the pool or to stay for dinner. Beautiful pool and a great area for swimming in the ocean, no sand beach though. About a half hour walk into San Miguel, but its right along the ocean, or a $5 cab ride.
