They take survey from you at the time you are having fun, not cool. Also I hope they take survey from their valuable employees. All I know they were hot with theirvest, uniform. Next time make the owner or managers wear a vest on hot weather see if they can stand for 30 minutes under hot weather sun. Vest are old school, n not cool literally.

The property has beautiful garden’s everywhere which makes it wonderful to walk through. The only negative is that the beach has coral in the water. It’s not a big deal but you need water shoes.

My absolute favorite place to stay. The atmosphere is perfect, you are in the middle of the jungle in bungalow style rooms. The experience is made even better by the entertainment staff. Stay up and go the shows, it is worth it! Special shout out to Angelo who is amazing at his job, along with Harlet, Alejandra, and Ruby.
