We went with friends, and wish we would have stayed elsewhere. Buffet food tiring after 1 day, the ability to get in to the resorts "finer dining" very limited. Drinks are watered down(I didn't think that was really a thing). $40 cab ride anytime you want to go in to town(each way). No Bueno.

Plumbing issues in my room. From the Shower to the toilet. I contacted maintenance several time. No one cared. Went to the front desk for assistance but to no avail. My sheets and bedding were wet. Also the AC did not work.

Staff provide great service. Not always perfect, but they act like they want you there. Buffet is ok, but recommend venturing out for some meals.

The location, property, staff was great. Very nice and friendly. The food was ok- we don’t place much emphasis on food bc we usually eat when we are out and about anyway. The only thing we do use is 24 hour room service and didn’t like that we had to pay extra per plate ordered when we paid for all inclusive. The drinks were so-so.. again for all inclusive we like the drinks and the drinks here were weak. We loved that the hotel was away from the busy city of Cozumel and close to all of cute beach bars and tucked away. The rooms fine, standard nothing fancy our tv needed ti be replaced but again we don’t spend much time in the room anyways so not a big deal! We will come back for sure!!

The property during our stay March 15-22, 2023 did not have AC in any of the buildings and also did not have running water for over 24hours. People were taking water from the pool in garbage cans to flush toilets. They also had a contaminated water system which made most of the guests' sick including our party of 4. This was my 30 year anniversary and the entire trip was spent sweating at night and sitting on the toilet while vomiting into a garbage can. DO NOT STAY HERE. THE WATER SYSTEM IS UNSAFE!!!

Staying on the Royal Level gave us the opportunity to dine at 1 restaurant, for breakfast or dinner, that we LOVED! All of the restaurants had VERY GOOD food and a nice selection. The entire staff at the property are friendly and as helpful as possible. If you ever have a reservation problem, please ask to speak to Gabriela, the Guest Experience Manager; after a cancelled flight out of Dallas, we arrived a day later and she was the one who helped us stay an extra night! The resort grounds are beautiful, as are the pools. I highly recommend staying at this All-Inclusive resort!!
