All of the above. Hotel was nothing that was advertised. Old falling apart, food was terrible customer service was bad. We ended up booking another resort and moving there on the second day. Sucks having to pay twice for 1 vacation.

Staff is very helpful and friendly, the facilities are older but in decent condition, the bed was plenty hard. The snorkeling right off the beach is incredible, with lots of fish. Overall highly recommended

The rooms are old, moldy smelling. The hotel is rundown. The area is nice, the food is good, but the room really put a damper on our trip for the Ironman event. We also had problems with the billing. We were charged for the rooms when we checked in and we were charged again for the rooms when we checked out. We were running late for our flight with the hassle at the desk and paid the fees. I will be contacting you.

Coz is what it is for the $. There is a good reason it's the cheapest AI. The sanitary conditions at the buffet are atrocious. There are birds everywhere literally sitting in the food and eating it. Pointed it out to the staff and they laughed it off. It wasn't until getting loud about conditions that they reacted. (The birds were back at it in 30 seconds) This is all in the "inside" seating area. The outside restaurant seating is much worse! We sat outside for a few minutes until retreating to the "inside" area. My Wife literally turned around in her chair and in a split second seagulls ate her food! Every time we return they have cut back more. The staff are great and they try hard. Not their fault that there are no resources for improvement. We always eat elsewhere for dinner bc again the buffet is awful! If you just want unlimited drinks and a place to stay it works for that. They claim renovations are underway but the place looks exactly the same as it did 2 years ago. The rooms are old and the mattresses are like sleeping on the floor, rock hard. They have always reeked like insecticide, better than having bugs, I guess.

Resort has a good location, away from the busy parts of Cozumel. The beach is good with loungers and umbrellas, Drinks were ok for an all inclusive, Never ate at the buffet but ate at restaurant a couple times it was ok. The resort was a good deal for the price and I would probably stay there again. Rooms were clean and spacious, nothing fancy but worth what I paid.

Well let’s start from the very begging. We booked the room from Expedia. We were sent an email to have pre check in but it didn’t work out because we didn’t have a code. I was texting to the hotel to get one but nobody replied me. Ok. We got the hotel. It took 45 min to check in. How is this possible??? It’s a very simple procedure to check in, but it took 45 min. Very disappointing. The room was nice and big but the sofa was super old with spots on it that you even don’t feel like sitting over there. The food was good at buffet restaurant. Variety of food: meat, chicken, fish, rice, pasta. Italian restaurant was good but it 50 min to wait for the order for 2 people. How is this possible??? The biggest frustrating point was no kayaks or pan les on the beach as it is announced on booking. The hotel said it is not available because all of these was on maintenance!!!! All the boards and kayaks???? We didn’t mind to pay extra for it but it is simply was not available!!!! Super bad! There is no animation or any evening program. After dinner, go to sleep. Overall I am not sure that I will come back again or recommend to my friends. There are so many things to improve and definitely doesn’t cost 180 USD per night. I am so sorry for telling you this, but it should be a better experience for this money.

All of the above, I have taken numerous pictures and submitted them to expedia, we complained multiple times and got no assistance. This was ars sixth and final time we will ever stay at this resort. The resort is deteriorating, the front deck staff were rude and lied to us multiple times, the food was horrible. We had the worst vacation. The mold in our room and air conditioning was horrible, injured myself in the ocean due to the sea grass. We are so disappointed at our stay and will not return.

The hotel is very old and the rooms have not been updated, but that is ok. The first morning I woke up to a dead cockroach at my head and the bath room had ants the entire time. We took the cockroach to the front desk and asked them to exterminate our room, but after that we still had the ants and the rooms had about an inch open gape at the bottom of the door. Our shower looked like someone had spit food all over in the top area and it was that way the entire time. The staff was very friendly except for the old bartenders at the pool bar; their drinks were terrible and they were grumpy. When the younger guys got to fill in, their drinks were very good and they were fabulous! We have stayed here 3-4 times and will not be back.
