The hotel was not busy during our visit. We were in a room facing the busy road in front of the hotel listening to the traffic and trucks. The toilet seat was broken and not replaced after telling them. The tub was hard to get into to shower. Not what we expected. We will not return. The health dept closed the breakfast dining they served during our stay. Alot of problems due to new management and not addressing them.

Front desk woman was great. Sorry i did not get her name. She has been there for a long time. Our group stays at this hotel every year and she is always a credit to the facility. The down side to this stay was no breakfast or coffee. It was rectified with gift cards.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff

We received a friendly welcome from the young lady at the desk and check-in was quick and easy. Our room was nice and clean. No funky smells. Nice crisp COTTON sheets, nice thick towels. The mattress was just right, firm enough and not spongy. The a/c is very quiet and didn't wake me up at all. No earplugs needed. Plenty of electric plugs to plug in our CPAP machines and phone. We were on the back side of the building and enjoyed seeing the ball teams practice, no traffic noise. We did catch a hint of smoke smell coming up from the restaurant below on Wednesday and Thursday, I guess people were smoking outside but it wasn't terrible. This hotel is convenient to Amish towns and the interstate, but far enough away to not hear all the interstate highway traffic. We stayed at 4 different hotels on this trip as we moved along our route and this was BY FAR the best one.

Family time!

Our stays at this Ramada Inn are always wonderful. When we walk in, they know us by name & are so friendly! We have family in Canton Ohio that we come up to see pretty frequently & this hotel is the only one that we use!

Rude at checkout with mo receipt

We were not happy that Ramada placed an extra $215.40 hold above the cost of the room on our credit card without telling us. When I tried to get a receipt at checkout, the lady at the front desk acted like I was bothering her (she was talking on the phone when I checked out) and refused to give us any kind of receipt because we booked through a third party. Both the check in girl and the gentleman at the desk on Saturday were very nice.
