My wife and I travel from Columbus Ohio to Canton frequently to see family and we absolutely love the Ramada Inn in Strasburg Ohio. The owners and the staff are wonderful, it has a pool, hottub & a bar that has some really good menu items.

There is a fantastic walking path around the cute park by the river, accessible from the hotel. The staff here are great!

This is my second time visiting this hotel recently and both times my family swam in the pool my daughter got sick and was puking after swimming a few months ago and my son started puking after swimming this time we stayed. Something about the pool isn’t right I don’t think it’s being cleaned properly.

The property was ok. Unfortunately, when we arrived we were given a room that reeked of smoke. The manager quickly moved us to another room and it was fine. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was marginal. I would recommend this hotel for a one night stay, just make sure the room is free of the smell of smoke.

Overall nice hotel and good price a night . Only thing needs some improvement is the pillows in the bed are too soft. They go flat and they could use a little more cushioned mattress pad on the bed and make it a little bit softer. Otherwise everything else was very nice and they’re extremely friendly. I would highly recommend it.

I reserved a room with a walking shower for my friend that is somewhat disabled but when i got their at check in got to my room it had a bath tub wasnt very happy.

The bed was so bad i called front desk asked if they had a bed that wasn't so ran down and the said they could get me a better newer one if i upgraded to a better room. What? great customer service 👏 rest was fine didn't stayed out at drive in but sleeping was horrible

We have stayed here for years and always loved it. Completely different this time. Stayed 3 nights and our room was not cleaned, had to ask for trash bags, towels, washcloths and cups. I’m hoping it was a shortage of staff. Will stay again and hope it’s better.
