Welcome to Unit 308!

This lovely 2BR/2BA condo has a great South balcony view overlooking the pool, beach, and ocean. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need to have a relaxing stay. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and beach toys are there for your enjoyment. The living room has a 49inch HD LCD TV with Roku. We have Premier Cable Service so you should be able to watch your favorite shows in Hi Definition. There is also a 47inch HD LCDTV in the Master Bedroom. For your convenience there is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided at the owner's discretion.
