A321-Welcome to our beautifully decorated, second floor, oceanfront condo, boasting breathtaking panoramic views of the beach. As the closest condominium to the famous Flagler Ave, you'll have easy access to its vibrant bars, restaurants, shops, and exciting events like wine and art walks.

Upon entering the condo, you'll be greeted by a fully equipped kitchen area with all stainless-steel appliances and granite counter tops followed by the spacious living room both of which offer stunning ocean views. The slider doors seamlessly connect these areas to the balcony, allowing you to enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze from the comfort of your own home.

The master bedroom features a king size bed and ample space, guaranteeing a comfortable and restful sleep. Wake up to the most amazing sights of the ocean right from your bedroom window. The second bedroom is equally inviting, offering a queen and twin-size bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests or children. There is plenty of room for extra company with the queen-size pull-out sofa-bed in the living room. There are two full bathrooms, one in the master with a tub/shower combination and the other is in the hall for easy access with a walk-in shower.

While the unit does not have a washer and dryer, our on-site facilities ensure that your laundry needs are met conveniently. Our family members enjoy this unit immensely. Decorated perfectly, decor bright and cheerful, clean, well taken care of as well as fabulous view! Beds are very comfortable. Unit accommodates many for family meals. Close to Flagler Ave. which allows easy access to food and shoppes. I anticipate renting this unit for many years ahead. Thank you for a fabulous week!

New Smyrna Beach Memorial Day

The condo was great. The only negatives were a fan blade was broken in the guest bedroom, but they had a portable fan to use during the stay and not using VRBO before, I was thinking there would be soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, so we had to go buy those. Also, there is only one roll of toilet paper alloyed per bathroom, most places have an extra roll. Aside from those little things, the unit is nicely updated and amazing view of the beach! Highly recommend

Amazing Experience!

5 Stars all the way! This condo has incredible views and the interior is decorated so nice. The wrap around balcony can't be beat and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. My biggest request would be a firmer mattress in the master bedroom, but that's not for everybody and an elevator to the 3rd floor which probably isn't going to ever happen ha ha....I still give it a 5 star! A little more expensive than other places we have stayed but worth it when you are within walking distance of all the bars and places to eat and shop! We will be back and have already booked for next year! The tradition has started!

Wonderful condo

This is a beautiful condo. Very modern furniture and decorations. Couch is a bit scratchy, but the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of linens. The ocean front views can't be beat. We will stay at this condo again. We did have a problem with someone parked in our assigned parking spot when we arrived. Then again in 3 days, someone was in our spot with the same parking spot number as ours assigned to them. I contacted the management several times with no response. This is the only reason the rating I gave was good instead of excellent.

Gorgeous Property with Incredible Views & Location!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and loved it! It was a quick Uber ride from the Airport and there is plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The property management team had great communication and an easy checkin. The property is absolute perfection. It was very clean and had very beautiful decorations! The kitchen was equip with everything you could need. We even used the on-site laundry which was very clean and convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms clean and renovated. The entire place was absolute perfection. The view from the HUGE wrap around patio was so much fun. There was plenty of seating with tables to enjoy coffee, wine and food. The people watching was outstanding! You could sit on the patio and watch the cars drive onto the beach and all the surfers in the ocean. The pool was very enjoyable as well! I would return to this property in a second I'd buy it if the owners would let me :-) Thank you for a great stay, we LOVED it!
