Castle Reef 317 Large 1 Bedroom Condo Great Ocean View on Car Free Beach

Our completely renovated large one bedroom, 1 bath condominium is in a resort complex on the southern part of New Smyrna Beach. There is no driving on our beach! The grounds are tropically landscaped and include a beautiful oceanfront heated pool (winter months), ocean front gas grills and clubhouse, lighted tennis and pickleball court, shuffleboard, and large patio gazebo. Step from the pool onto the white sandy beach of the Atlantic Ocean to fish, swim, surf, play volleyball, bicycle, or sail.

******Our condo is for adults only and the complex does not allow guests pets******

We are on the third floor with an excellent view of the ocean. Our condominium is 900 square feet, has been completely renovated, and is stocked with everything to make your vacation comfortable. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and large vanity area. Relax in the living room on our very comfortable queen-size sofa and large, comfortable chairs. Both our master and living room have large flat screen TVs with plenty of cable channels and DVR. Our dining table seats 6. The kitchen has all the comforts of home and overlooks the dining and living area. We also have high speed wireless internet . Work from the beach, pool or porch with our secured WI-FI connection.

We are only an hour away from Orlando, home of Disney World, Sea World, and Universal, and only a half hour to Daytona and Kennedy Space Center.

New Smyrna Beach was voted 'Best Beach in Florida' by the readers of FLORIDA MONTHLY MAGAZINE and has numerous art galleries, live theater, shopping, and dining. Visit historic Flagler Avenue and Canal Street with quaint shops, pubs, and restaurants.

Gorgeous Condo!

This condo makes you feel like staying in-even in NSB! Beautifully appointed -no “timeshare” feel at all. Sally was amazing-promptly answering every question we had. Kitchen was fully stocked and the condo complex-Castle Reef- is welcoming, quiet, and beautiful!

Beautiful condo, great location, and the best mattress that I’ve slept on out of 6 NSB vaca rentals. Had a small hiccup with WiFi and cable (no fault of host/owner). Host very quick to respond to my messages and issue quickly taken care of. Will definitely plan to stay here again.

Perfect Getaway for 2

Had a great time at this beautiful, clean condo, on a non-driving part of the beach. Unit was very comfortable for the two of us. Very quiet even for a holiday week. Easy check in and out, good communication with owner. Kitchen was beautiful, had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Whole closet full of beach accessories but we didn't use any of them, just stayed in the pool! Everyone at the condo was very friendly. Had own parking spot. Great location, would stay again.

This condo was very well stocked with essentials and extras to make activities from going to the beach to cooking breakfast easy like beach chairs and spray cooking oil. The location was great with many quality restaurants within easy driving distance. Being so close to Canaveral National Park was a bonus. And check-in was a breeze Thanks.

Nice place close to the ocean

The condo was nicely furnished and supplied with everything we needed. Good shower, Comfy bed. All the beach supplies anyone would need for a fun day at the beach. Sally responded very quickly to any questions. Only issue was a lot of construction noise from reparations of damage done during the last hurricane. But noise was during the day. Nights were very quiet and ocean waves could be heard.

Beautiful condo! Felt very much at home. Bed & pillows were comfy. Our stay was very pleasant. The balcony was a nice surprise, the furniture & view in the pictures do not do it justice! A warm hug

This property was a fabulous, completely renovated condo with views of the ocean. The decor was comfortable and welcoming and the immensities were numerous such as the large screen TVs, beach towels and chairs, comfy porch furniture, and a washer/dryer. The owners have supplied most everything that you need for an easy, relaxing stay. I highly recommend this property and hope to reserve it again in the future!

Great girls weekend!
