Beyond that is the quiet beach where you can enjoy strolls along the coast or small beach town shops and restaurants in the historic town of New Smyrna Beach.

New Smyrna beach is the second oldest town in Florida and one thing that has never changed is its charm. Quaint shops on Flagler Ave, smiling faces, and a sense of calm await you as you explore the beautiful coastline. NSB has the most biologically diverse estuary in North America. It is home to more than 400 species of birds, dolphins, manatees, alligators, turtles, and more. Located only 15 miles south of Daytona and 55 miles east of Orlando, many vacation opportunities such as the Kennedy Space Center or Orlando’s amusement parks, or you can keep it low key, as New Smyrna has everything your family needs and more.

The newly renovated kitchen offers all the comforts of home with all major appliances including a refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher, and more. With granite counter tops and newer appliances including a coffee maker, cookware, kettle, utensils, dishes, and cutlery. Also, inside the unit is a full-sized washer and dryer, ironing board, and hair dryer. All linens are provided, and there is complimentary Wi-Fi and cable.

With a luxurious King-sized bed with an ocean view in the master suite, two double beds in the guest room and beautiful living space, this condo offers plenty of space for your entire family. 55-inch TV in family room, 42-inch TV in Master bedroom & a 32-inch TV in guest room and Spectrum cable are included. With a formal dining area located just beyond the living room, you can enjoy memorable meals with family and friends, or just a casual breakfast at the barstools and island located in the kitchen.

The master bathroom is spacious enough for two to get ready in, with a walk-in shower. The elegant décor throughout the condo will make it feel like your home away from home. Located on the south end of New Smyrna Beach, you and your family can walk to Mosquito Lagoon for boating, fishing, and canoeing, or enjoy a casual meal at JB’s Fish Camp. With Bethune Beach adjacent to Southwind, you can enjoy lounging in the silky-smooth sand, shell hunting or a bike ride on the beach without having to worry about dodging cars.

Our Guest safety and comfort is of utmost importance to us and we understand that we must all adapt and accommodate. To help, we have implemented extra cleaning procedures following CDC guidelines for every turnover including disinfection of all commonly handled surfaces and we have instituted additional protective maintenance protocols with our cleaning staff.

Please note we rent Saturday to Saturday unless "off-season" as we can provide better rates that way and accommodate our guests. However, please inquire during "off-season" and as owners of this condo we have more flexibility.
