This two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse presides over NSB's non-driving shore. Ocean Club South is one of the smaller condo complexes in New Smyrna Beach, located on the NO DRIVE beach, allowing for a quieter & less crowded pool and beach area. Our condo is newly furnished, very clean and nicely appointed. The open floor plan is great for entertaining, and the balcony is ideal for enjoying morning sunrises.
Our townhouse is located on the second and third story of a direct ocean front building. On the second floor, enter into the main living area. It's furnished with a large comfortable couch which can pull out into a queen-sized bed. There is a table for 4 and 4 barstools at the breakfast bar. The balcony overlooks the ocean and has two chairs and a side table & two high top chairs. The well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking a yummy meal, and a full bathroom (walk-in shower) are downstairs. A quick walk up the stairs will take you to the second story with two bedrooms and a full bathroom (tub/shower combo).
The kitchen boasts everything you need to make a gourmet meal. Functional cooking essentials include a Keurig coffee maker & a filter less 12-cup programmable Coffee Maker, blender, toaster, rice cooker, griddle and more. You'll find that you won't have to leave the condo for oceanfront dining as the table for four has an incredible view of the sea. All new plates, glasses, and stemware are available for your use.
The family room is comfortably furnished with a large couch which pulls out to a queen-sized sleeper sofa, swivel armchair, and a Smart TV complete with cable, Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus & ESPN streaming service apps. Our unit has High Speed Internet.
Though every spot in the condo is lovely, your favorite will be its oceanfront balcony. In the morning, sip your coffee here and watch the sun rise over the waves. The private balcony has a sweeping view of the ocean, and miles of sandy shore.
Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, Smart TV, dresser, and nightstands. This bedroom also has sweeping views of the ocean!
Your guests can call the second bedroom their own as it provides a twin over double bunk bed, a Smart TV, and ample dresser and closet space. The second full bathroom is upstairs.
This condo is equipped with plenty of linens, beach towels, four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, sand toys, bocce ball, two boogie boards and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. Just pack your bag and come and relax!
Our condo complex has private tennis courts, shuffleboard, charcoal grills, and an on-site laundry facility should you need it. The pool is direct oceanfront on the no drive portion of the beach in New Smyrna. There is no railing, fencing, or landscape to block the incredible view. A raised, covered gazebo is also on our pool deck to escape the sun as desired.
We provide plenty of towels (beach and bath), comfy blankets for those movie nights, all linens, as well as plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish & dishwashing soap, 1lb of Dunkin Donuts coffee/creamers, and general cleaning supplies. We want you to come with a bag packed and truly enjoy yourselves!

Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon. Our condo is only 4 miles to the Publix grocery store and 5 miles to Flagler Avenue where there are many shops, eateries, live music!
