Great condo and great spot on the beach. View was amazing. Overall an incredible experience and well worth it. If I had to give one word of caution, be careful with the size of vehicle you bring. We had a standard minivan and it was tight in the garage--workable, but tight. This is nothing against the owners, of course.

This is the third time we’ve stayed in this unit. We keep coming back because we appreciate everything about it. We travel with two other couples so it’s very nice that each couple has their own bedroom and bathroom. The host communicates very well and in a timely manner. An amazing stay at The Wave condo. The view, the amenities, we loved everything about this condo. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was great for 3 couples. The owner was super responsive when we had a question. The condo was very quiet at night - slept great! Spent a lot of time on the balcony just watching the waves, the beach, and even a Falcon 9 launch. Will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful experience! The condo itself is exactly as it’s described. Super clean, many amenities and a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The condo is in close proximity to many great restaurants and shopping areas but far enough removed from downtown New Smyrna to avoid the crowds. Beautiful condo with a spectacular view

On a relatively quiet part of New Smyrna Beach, in a unique building. The condo is VERY well equipped to cook and serve meals for a big group and super comfortable with stunning views of the ocean.We also enjoyed grilling on the pool deck on the provided gas grill. The condo has everything you need including beach chairs and umbrellas. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Condo & Location

We spent a long weekend here with our adult children (in their 20s). Cannot say a single negative about the entire experience. Condo is clean, well furnished, spacious and even better than advertised. The location on NSB is ideal … away from crowds yet close enough to Flagler Ave, etc. Michelle is an exceptional owner with great communication. Highly recommend

Great Condo

Loved staying here and Michelle is fantastic. A toilet was broken and I do wish it could have been fixed during our stay but my father was able to use one in another room. But that was more difficult for him as he is elderly. The view of the ocean and beach was exquisite and the unit is fully stocked and meticulously clean. The location is fantastic as well. I would definitely stay at this condo again! Michelle is a wonderful host and communication with her is easy and prompt. You will love it!
