A very cozy, clean, and well-equipped property. Although it is not beachfront, it offers views of the beach from both the living room and the bedroom. Access to the beach and pool is immediate. Everything you need is close by: gas stations, a pharmacy, high-quality restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores. Very good communication with the property managers.

This place was beautiful! Everything was brand new and so clean. Great attention to details, beautifully decorated. The view of the beach was amazing and the location to everything was great as well. We had a great and relaxing vacation in New Smyrna Beach. The unit was very clean, recently updated, and had all necessary eminities to enjoy our trip. It had a great side view of the Atlantic ocean from the living and dinning rooms. The rental agency was easy to work with and followed up with us to ensure everything was in order. I would definitely rent this condo again!
