We celebrated my niece's 10th birthday, a belated Christmas and also New Year's, and really enjoyed the proximity to Flagler & Canal Streets, Publix, and the beach! Anne was super responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!"

"The unusual freezing temps kept us away from the beach more than anticipated, but the home felt like a little oasis so we didn’t mind! Beautifully updated interior, furniture and decor, a well stocked kitchen, and plenty of seating and beds. The outside is also gorgeous with the landscaping making you feel like you are in a tropical paradise. The location is perfect - when it warmed up enough we enjoyed walking on the beach, which is just steps away, to get to the shops and restaurants on Flagler Ave. Izzy’s taco and ice cream stand, our teens’ favorite, is also a short walk in the opposite direction. The pool area was well stocked with lots of seating and lounging options. Our teens really enjoyed the fire pit while my friend and I enjoyed the spa. The manager and owner were very friendly and helpful and responded to questions immediately. The long kitchen table and the living room had lots of seating room and were the perfect spots for game nights. Would love to stay here again! "

"What a good V I B E Ocean’s 11 Suites has. It wasn’t my usual ocean view room I usually get, but it was Magical. The suite was very clean- I had my own parking spot in front of my suite N I C E! It was like a little apartment. Loved all the windows-even in the bathroom. I loved my beach access across the street and all the other things like stores, souvenir shops and and Canaveral National Seashore was about a fifteen min drive down the street. They do not have a front desk but it was ok- communication with Jeremy by phone or text was fine. I will be returning to Ocean’s 11 Suites just L O VE D it. Thank you Jeremy! P H O E N I X"
