Our first room smelled of smoke- marijuana. The girl at the front desk kindly gave us a new room. We had to put a towel under the door to prevent the smell from entering the room. This is probably coming from a guest and not the fault of the hotel- but unpleasant.

I liked that the property was clean. I found the atmosphere gloomy and the reception staff not very informative. I know this may be company policy but the fact that my name is not printed on my privelege banking card is something I have no control over. I offered to pay in cash yet my card was still charged. Even tho I was told the money would be refunded I didn't like that and I'm going to be truly upset if I return to the Middle East and the refund takes place outside of the specified time.

We needed a room close to the car rental return center at JFK airport.... nothing special. This worked out for us. In the morning our GPS took us on a 15- minute ride through back roads (avoiding the major road traffic). There’s nothing fancy about the hotel or the location, but it gave us everything we needed.

Horrible neighborhood, overall clean room. Floors were filthy in hallway with stains. Decor not shown on website. Sufficient for overnight stay to catch plane out the next day. Loved the comfortable bed. Signs posted that property was nonsmoking. Whole building reeked of cigeratte smoke. I have bad allergies so i could tell as soon as i walked in the property. Smelled smoke where my was in hallway as well.

The room was clean and large. The bed was very comfortable. I didnt like the neighborhood. We had to leave at 5am to get to the airport to catch a 7 am flight. There were at least 5 people from the neighborhood sitting on the stairs we had to use to get to the street to meet our driver. This was very uncomfortable.
