This private residence offers stylish interiors over multiple living and entertaining areas to accommodate up to 12 guests. Features include an open plan indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces, multiple kitchens, separate self contained studio unit and separate games room with ping pong table and tv area.

This property comes with five star amenities fully equipped for relaxation and entertainment with 4 OLED TVs, high speed Wi-Fi, 4 bathrooms featuring body jets in three showers, heated flooring in wet areas and entertainers kitchen with indoor / outdoor living areas.

This luxury beach house is situated right in front of Blacksmiths Beach. With the beach only steps away, you can feel the sand between your toes whenever you like. You can open the windows to enjoy the relaxing sound of the waves or simply enjoy the afternoon sea breeze flowing through the house. Relax on the private deck while watching the ever constant skydivers glide to the beach. Your stay can be as relaxing or adventurous as you wish.

The beach house is designed to accommodate up to 10 -12 guests with 3 discreet sleeping and living zones. The main house is ideal for a family or two couples with two bedrooms with king size beds. One bedroom has it's own private deck, entrance and ensuite. Both king bedrooms come with LG Oled TV with access to Netflix and GooglePlay. An additional single room with two single beds which can be pushed together to make a double bed and also contains a cot. Additional bedding is available with a pull out sofa bed located in main lounge room to provide the main residence sleeping options for up to 8 guests.

A separate studio unit is attached to the main house sleeping up to two additional guests. With private entrance and full self contained facilities from the main house residence, this is perfect for in-laws or a getaway with friends. The studio unit has its own bathroom, kitchen, TV, air-conditioning, dishwasher, fridge and outdoor patio.

There is also a separate Games Room where you can relax and watch the 85 inch TV with the latest movies available via GooglePlay or scroll through Netflix or even play a game of ping pong. This separate space is perfect for later in the night when others in the house may be sleeping. This space also has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, two king single pull out sofa beds, kitchen and laundry facilities with air conditioning for all year round comfort.

Also enjoy a barbecue with the built in outdoor kitchen facilities and the outdoor dining area which makes for a very relaxing dining experience. Wifi is available throughout the property and off street parking for 4 cars is conveniently available at front entrance.

This fully equipped lifestyle property is only 1.5 hours from Sydney, 1 hour to Hunter Valley wineries and 20 mins to reach heart of Newcastle town centre making it a great location to attend local events and explore the region.
