The staff and hotel itself was really nice. Felt very safe. Parking options were very difficult - over a weekend spent long periods driving around trying to find a park both during the day and at night. Option for valet at $50/night was pretty dear.

Great location, opposite a beautiful park and cultural precinct on one side and overlooking a working harbour (sort walk) with waterfront boardwalk on the other. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable

Shape of the building is unique. Rang Rm Service for a bucket of ice. After 45 mins I rang again - no answer. I went down to the bar to get two glasses of ice. The vanity kits - especially the cotton wool pads to cleanse your face, are very cheap, both ripped on the first wipe. The parking arrangements really need to be looked at.

Nice hotel. Parking is a bit difficult as the layby outside is constantly full. Very disappointed that, having returned from the theatre at 9.30pm, couldn't get a drink at the hotel (we were hosting some very important (to me) clients). I understand that there was a function on the 9th floor bar, but maybe when that is the case, the lobby bar could stay open for a short while longer. Bar staff were fairly rude too.
