We have nothing but good things to say about our stay at this hotel (our first). Parking was a little clunky but the hotel is super clean, our room comfortable and quiet, and we couldn't beat the peaceful surroundings. While we prefer to stay at hotels that offer a hot breakfast we would not hesitate to stay at this hotel our next time in Newport.

Beautiful views. My husband and I had a relaxing dinner at the restaurant and a great time walking the property by the beach. We used the laundry facilities which were credit card pay and easy to use.

Really a steal deal. The hotel opens right up at the Agate beach and you waking up seeing sunrise over beautiful sandy beach or sipping coffee looking at the sunset will make your day.

The hotel was in great condition very clean. Restaurant has great food and service. I love that they have an automatic coffee system in their lobby where you can have a latte or a mocha, hot chocolate, or hot tea. We were traveling with a small dog so we had a dog friendly room and it was very clean.
