We had a great girls weekend at this apartment. It was clean and a great location. Chris was easy to reach before and during our stay to answer any questions. He made some great recommendations for food, coffee and activities. The apartment was spacious and had essentials for a long weekend stay. Parking across the street was a huge bonus! We would definitely come back next time we visit Newport!

The location is walkable to many shops, bars and restaurants. The location is on Thames so street traffic noise from cars and people coming home from a night out is something to be aware of. Off street parking is available which is a nice bonus. Communication with owner was a breeze. Some small attention to detail items would have elevated stay, such as more towels (kitchen too) and mirrors in bedrooms to get ready and allow to free up bathroom for showers. Overall positive stay.

My friends and I stayed here for a late summer weekend. The proximity to all the best spots on Thames is unbeatable. Would happily recommend to any groups visiting Newport.

Enjoyed our stay at this converted store into residence. Place is massive with plenty of space in all three bedrooms. Located super conveniently to tons to do on Thames and a short drive to the Mansions and other cool beaches and such.

The location was great- short walk to all things Thames st. Walking distance to Kings Park Beach. Check in was smooth - property manager was great. Much more spacious than anticipated! We didn’t cook there, but it was fully stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. we all slept comfortably and had a great time!
