This first floor apartment was recently renovated to create the perfect place to stay while visiting historic Newport. Just a short walk to Thames Street where you can find nearly everything Newport has to offer. The apartment's ammenitied include a kitchen that is stocked with cooking essentials, washer/dryer combo, fresh linens, smart tv for streaming apps, and more. There is no on site parking. There are public lots nearby (Free between Nov.-March)

Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ©, possibilitĂ© de visiter la ville Ă  pied. 2 chambres. Celle qui est sur la photo est trĂšs bien. La 2Ăšme mĂ©rite d'ĂȘtre mieux amĂ©nagĂ©e. Elle est petite. Pas possible d'y dĂ©poser sa valise. Pas de dĂ©coration. pas de table de nuit ni de lampe de chevet par manque de place. il faudrait rĂ©flĂ©chir Ă  poser une tablette au dessus de la tĂȘte de lit. Le seul miroir a du ĂȘtre posĂ© par un gĂ©ant ! je mesure 1,60m et il m'a fallu me mettre sur la pointe des pieds pour voir le haut de mon visage ! Sinon le reste de l'appartement est trĂšs bien.

A great stay!

Perfect location to walk downtown and see the sites! It couldn't be more convenient for everything in Newport and nearby.Parking was not a terrible issue. We found street parking nearby after 6PM, and used the public lot on Mary Street for other times.A wonderful trip!

Amazing location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location can’t be beat. Quiet street but super central to all shops and restaurants downtown. One issue is that the listing claimed there was a sofa bed but the sofa bed was broken so unfortunately we couldn’t use it which was a bummer.

Great location in Newport

Perfect spot for a long weekend in Newport. Easy walk to downtown area. Found street parking right outside but could see it being an issue later in the spring or definitely summer. The apartment is comfortable and nicely equipped.

New Port RI

Very clean apartment. Quiet at night when we were there, very comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen, everything you’d need, (cooking utensil wise).We parked and walked everywhere.Great location, Lots of restaurants,bars,market(not to far) all walking distance. We will definitely return Could be tricky parking May-September. There is a parking lot close to the apartment you can use for a daily fee.

Everything about the apartment was great. Clean & fully stocked. Location was PERFECT. Parking was not an issue bc it was the off season. Everything was in walking distance - shops, restaurants, bars. The only negative (but we survived) were the beds. Mattresses were way too soft.

Loved it!

We completely enjoyed our stay! The apartment was a wonderful mix of modern and vintage. Everything was remodeled but they kept the beautiful hardwood floors and beautiful doors. There are wonderful little shops up and down our street that are easily within walking distance. We visited the mansions and walked the Cliff walk which was beautiful! Parking isn't easy at times but we always managed to find a spot at the end of our adventures for the day. Communication was very good and we had nothing that wasn't addressed immediately! We had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to others.

Location was fantastic! We found the property was really great for 4 adults, although a table would have been nice. We found it difficult to play games or have dinner, one or two of us had to sit on the floor. The only other negative was the temperature consistently fluctuated, but that isn't something easily fixed. Place was clean, fully stocked, and, again, the location was fantastic!

Location! Location!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, on a relatively quiet street. It was walkable to many cute pubs, shops and restaurants, and a short drive to some of the other local activities. We really liked it, and would book again if we were going to be in the area.

Great place and location!

The location was great, just a couple blocks from Thames Street and Broadway with lots of shops and restaurants. It was nice to be in the neighborhoods so close. Parking was tricky, but we were able to find a place on the road and navigate around the allowed hours. Beds were very comfortable, and the place was well stocked. We highly recommend.

Convenient and affordable though some improvements desired

We were a group of 5 people and we stayed two nights and it was in a really convenient location! Only two complaints that I had involved the fact that the pull out couch was broken. So I slept on the couch longways. Good think I’m less than 6 feet tall. The host communicated that there was an air mattress available, which I wasn’t aware off. The second issue involve the electronic door locks. They seemed to act strange, the exterior door would not lock from the outside when commanded but seemed like it locked eventually, maybe on a timer. And the interior door lock sometimes would turn over on itself repeatedly and we had to push the door really hard to open it. We were afraid we would be locked out/damage the door lock. Would recommend the owner improve the door locks <3

Can't beat the location!

Very walkable location - just a few blocks to Thames St, Washington Square or Broadway. Apartment is clean and well stocked with bedrooms in the back so street noise wasn't an issue. Parking is the only issue, which I think is a universal in this area. Would highly recommend!
