Super helpful staff Rachel and Josh helped me with the chair lift at the indoor heated pool so my mom could go swimming for the first time in years. Cleaning staff kept our room clean and stocked all week. There was plenty of parking. Overall a great stay especially for folks in wheelchairs.

Good location and not far from downtown Newport. We appreciated the free shuttle that went between the hotel and downtown. The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the parking is free, and there is a nice patio and bonfire area. We would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was in a great location, very close to downtown Newport, and the shuttle service made getting there even easier and more convenient. The on-site restaurant was excellent, with very good food and a great atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again.
