Everything was perfect. It has old world charm like with the salons but still modern amenities like a great shower. Wonderful resteraunts and great staff. The location is perfect. This was one of the best trips I've ever had.

Friendly and accommodating staff were all amazing. Breakfast was convenient and had a great selection. Only complaint was the lack of air conditioning due to seasonal restrictions. When we opened the windows for ventilation the street noise was excessive, which we partially mitigated by moving to a room on a higher floor

We loved our stay at Hotel West End in Nice. The location is dreamy, stunning views of the Promenade and the sea. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the staff is so nice, and the breakfast was so delicious, a nice touch! Would definitely stay again!

Don’t know how this hotel is a four-star hotel. Molds in bathroom’s curtain and soap holder. Security chain on the door is broken. Their staff would rather stand around than helping with suitcases. Would not stay again and caution to other travelers if the unacceptable conditions of this hotel.

The rooms have been recently updated. We stayed in room 503. Very clean, newly remodeled, with view of a buildings roof line. The convenient “included breakfast” had a good selection of options ,such as precooked scrabbled eggs, a machine to boil eggs, another to make small pancakes and self serve automatic coffee machine with lattes, cappuccinos etc. it also had salads, fruit, cereal and cold cut meats. It is within walkable distance to Old Town Nice and shopping areas. The staff were very helpful. CONS: I had booked it because they advertised with parking available, but when I showed up they said I had a big van and it would not fit on their parking and recommend to park at Parking Meyerbeer, which is around the block from the hotel but had to pay €42 daily rate.

The staff was very attentive to our needs from the first to the last interaction. We came in early with lots of luggage, they took care of storing it while the room was getting cleaned up. They let us enjoy the breakfast buffet even though it was almost 11am and they were ready to close. The staff was very friendly and understanding. We enjoyed an early check-in at 12:30pm and the room was fabulous on the highest floor, with an amazing sea view and a large balcony. We enjoyed a nice dinner at Le Siecle. They took care of ordering a taxi for us the next day. Overall an excellent experience.
