Disappointing Stay — Not Worth the Hassle We stayed here expecting a relaxing experience, but unfortunately, it was anything but. There was a large convention of young adults during our visit, and the noise at night made it impossible to sleep. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, the staff and security did absolutely nothing to address it. The restaurant options were very limited, and basic amenities felt like an afterthought. Our TV didn’t work on the first day, so we were moved to another room — not exactly convenient. On the second day, housekeeping didn’t leave fresh towels, and getting substitute sugar like saccharine or Splenda felt like pulling teeth. Overall, the lack of service and poor attention to guest comfort made this stay incredibly frustrating. We won’t be returning.

What you would expect at a 4 star hotel. Good location to promenade, shopping and restaurants. Rooms were fresh and nicely decorated. Rooftop terrace/pool is nice when the weather cooperates. My only complaint was the mattress was rock hard. Overall a pleasant stay.
