This 140 sqm apartment is located between the Old Town and the famous Place Massena, in front of the beaches and just a couple steps from Cours Saleya and its famous flower market.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor with an elevator and has been completely renovated and equipped.

It is comprised of:

- a spacious living room with a large sofa, a coffee table, two armchairs, a grand piano that you can use at your convenience, a dining table, a television and a Hi-Fi system. The living room faces south and opens onto a balcony which faces the beaches and enjoys a beautiful sea view.

- A new fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, extractor, four-burner stove top, microwave, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.).

- A parental suite with a King Size bed of 200x200 cm, a dressing room, a TV and a bathroom (walk-in shower, double sink, WC, bidet, heated towel rack), this room opens onto a balcony with a beautiful sea view.

- A 2nd bedroom en-suite with a King Size bed of 180x200 cm, a large closet and private shower, this room opens onto a balcony on the North / West side.

- A 3rd bedroom with 2 Queen Size beds of 160x200 cm, a large closet and 2 large desks.

- A beautiful and spacious bathroom with a very large walk-in shower, double sink, towel dryer, washing machine and dryer.

- A separate toilet with a sink.

- A beautiful entrance.

The apartment is fully air conditioned and you benefit from free WIFI internet access and television with many foreign channels.

You also have everything you need to ensure a peaceful stay: quality sheets and towels, a welcome pack (coffee, tea, salt and pepper, oil, sugar, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.), iron and ironing board, hair dryer, hangers, household equipment (vacuum cleaner, bucket, mop).

The building is located in the old town, parallel to the Cours Saleya. It is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and lively districts of Nice. Historical center, it is animated during the day by many typical shops, artists' galleries and is near the antique district. The building is also surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The famous Promenade des Anglais and its beaches are only 1 minute walk away and Place Massena is 5 minutes away. This place is also ideal for strolling through the picturesque alleys of Old Nice as well as along the Coulée Verte, visiting the MAMAC Museum of Modern Art, the Opera, the many theaters and finally shopping in the many luxury boutiques. and traditional downtown. A supermarket is also nearby.

Perfect flat in Nice—the best! Exceptionally clean, comfortable, and with a perfect view. The location is safe and ideal, with easy access to everything in the city and the beach. Great recommendations were provided for restaurants and activities, and the transportation from the airport to the flat was seamless. Monika is responsive and communicates flawlessly, which made the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. Truly a wonderful experience.

One of the nicest properties ever..... We travel around the world and use VRBO quite often and this property is by far on the best. Perfect location, kind host, and the property is a 10. Parking is close and the entire city of Nice is out the backdoor. Everything one could ask for.

Awesome Place in Nice

Overall this property is A. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The online pictures are very accurate. The location is superb, on the water and walking distance from everything in Nice. We enjoyed opening the window and listening to the sea. Out front is the water/promenade. To the rear is the market & many shops/restaurants-bars. Outside the back door are a wine shop (Cote Vin) & amazing pastries/coffee (La boulangerie-patisserie Jeannot). The rooms are spacious and well decorated. 2 King bedrooms and a double queen is perfect for families with teens/kids or grandparents. The check-in/out was very easy. We would stay here again for sure. Highly recommended for location, space/decorations and cleanliness. The location is absolutely prefect.

Absolutely amazing stay!

This is the perfect Nice condo. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully and comfortably furnished. The location could not be better for walking around. Everything you could want or need is within a few minutes’ walk. Monika was the best host ever. She was very clear in her communications, gave excellent advice and extremely gracious. We will definitely be back!

This apartment is even better than the pictures. Spacious, modern, beautifully decorated, excellent location all the comforts of home! Host was gracious and attentive. We really enjoyed the treats that were there for us when we checked in and breakfast goodies our first morning. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Apartment

The apartment is absolutely wonderful. It is in a great location, across the street from the beach and close to so many restaurants, shops and sites. It was a delight to look out the windows in the living room and see the ocean. So easy and pretty to stroll along the water. Monika is an outstanding host. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing, luxurious stay— including bathrobes, slippers and toiletries. Very much a 5 star rental in every way. Thank you Monika!

Nice Apartment

This has to be the nicest apartment we've stayed in yet. Monika is a wonderful hostess. She even brought breakfast items to us the next morning as she knew we hadn't had time to shop. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated and it is right across the street from the public beach. Shopping, dinning, the old town and the market are just a few blocks beyond the apartment. All in all a great stay!
