"I was a little hesitant to book because of some of the reviews. Our stay was very nice and exceeded expectations. Check-in was very smooth. Several other reviews commented on strong arm tactics to hear their time share sales pitch. Robyn welcomed us and did offer us promotions if we wanted to attend an information session. When we declined she accepted our response and shared very helpful information about Sedona that made our few minutes with her well worth it. Our room did look a little dated….think 1980s vibe but that did not bother us at all. Bed and couch were both comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and porch was a lovely area we used often. The resort was also very clean and well maintained inside and out. When walking around the property, we did not see any trash, all areas such as games and hammocks were functioning and well maintained and all pool/hot tub areas were great. One of our favorite perks was being a very short walk to some nice walking trails that were crowd free and a great place to watch the sunset."

"I was extremely disappointed. The property is dated and tired. It had the feel of a Motel 6 at the price of a Four Seasons. Several of the satellite TV channels didn’t work, the bathroom outlet didn’t work, and there wrere raisins and food crumbs on the carpet. The room was so depressing that we left after the first night even though we pre-paid for 2 nights."

"We had a great stay. Slept well, beds were comfortable, walls were thick, no noise from neighbors. Loved the complimentary hot coffee in the Lobby. "

"The room was somewhat dated but it was clean enough for a 3-star hotel. The air conditioner worked well. The breakfast is mostly cereal and carbs, but it was nice to have hot coffee and some food before going to the Grand Canyon. In that case, the location can't be beat. The place is obviously full during popular time, but the activity and noise went on throughout the night and the walls and ceilings don't prevent much of the noise from waking you up. Be prepared to hear doors opening and slamming shut for those that get up at 5 am to get to the National Park early."
