The facility had some age but was well maintained. Staff were great. We were greeted by Steven. Very pleasent person. It was great to have a facility that had dining on the premises. We left an expensive item in the room. Contacted Steven, he had staff secure it. Spoke to Lydia who made arrangements to have it shipped to us. NICE JOB. WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR

Our room was cleaning comfortable. The hotel was nice and was in a great location for easy access to the Grand Canyon National Park. We had drinks in a little food in the pub one evening. There was a good selection and it was delicious.

Every single staff we encountered were polite and greeted us like they were excited we came in. I felt like I had a lot of questions (our first time traveling with a pet) and they were so patient to answer every question. Our room was very clean and well stocked. We encountered no issues our entire stay. Highly reccomend!

The main lobby and greenery on the main floor was really nice however, the rooms were not as clean as I expected (the shower/sinks didn't look like they had been thoroughly cleaned for weeks) and the room was very small for the price. Our to-go dinner from the bar/restaurant was horrible and extremely overpriced for the quality; the $20 Cobb salad was turning brown and old with cheap sliced up processed cheese and meat, the tacos were just tortilla and dry meat, the only thing halfway edible were the fried veggies. It was similar to really bad, cheap bar food that just ended up in the garbage and left us hungry still. We tried again for breakfast at the other restaurant and the French toast wasn't cooked all the way, they forgot half of the order (to include the highest of priority, coffee) but for some reason loaded us up with tons of mayonnaise. The back door that we entered through to get into the building near our room didn't actually lock, anyone could walk in. This was our first trip to the Grand Canyon, we were so excited, the pictures looked amazing, but, I can say with confidence we will stay somewhere else when we visit again. I understand "tourist pricing" but that was a crime.
