3 BR Slope-side Condo at Cranmore. Christmas&New Years week now available!

Brand new 3 bed/2 bath condo at the base of Cranmore Mountain, overlooking the mountain. Building completed in Dec 2020. Located on Cranmore property directly next to the ticket office, overlooking the mountain and mountain biking trails. King bed (tempurpedic mattress), Queen bed (tempurpedic topper) and two sets of bunks with trundles. Air mattress also available. Smart TVs in each bedroom as well as main family room, kitchen is fully stocked, balcony overlooking the mountain, AC throughout. Access to private outdoor heated pool and hot tub for condo owners and renters only. Pool has attached bathrooms/showers/changing room as well as an indoor viewing space overlooking the pool. There is also a small fitness room with some weights and cardio equipment.
Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, adult & kid dishes, baking supplies, spices, tin foil, bags, small cooler, ice packs, lots of tupperware, etc. Has both Keurig and drip coffee pot. All linens, towels and pool towels provided, as well as lots of extra blankets. Sound machines and night lights in each room.
0.4 miles to the downtown North Conway area, 12 minute drive to Story Land. Summer activities at Cranmore open up weekends Memorial Day through mid-June, daily all Summer and then weekends from Labor Day- Colombus Day. *December/Christmas & New Years now available to rent! Ski locker available, true slope side skiing- unit overlooks the South Quad. Watch the NYE fireworks from the balcony!

Our group of three adults and two kiddos thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, mountain-side condo. The accommodations include EVERYTHING you could possibly ask for, right down to the spices in the kitchen cabinet and well-appointed bathrooms and bedrooms. We appreciated the conveniences of the full appliance package, (including washer and dryer) and the hosts kindly provided every cleaning product you might need. The children loved standing on the deck overlooking Cranmore mountain and watching the chairlift and downhill bicyclists. The location is convenient to StoryLand and North Conway shops and restaurants. The four year old birthday boy didn’t want to leave and neither did I!

We already can’t wait to go back! We loved everything about our trip. The condo has everything you need plus. We were able to walk down to Main Street and my kids loved all the cranmore activities. Can’t wait to go back next summer!

This is the second time my family has stayed at this property. It's always so clean and comfortable. My kids are huge fans of the outdoor heated pool and hot tub. It's very peaceful and conveniently located for all seasons.
