Downtown North Conway Retreat: Relax in our Mountain home and enjoy the pool!!

Come enjoy our little slice of heaven!

We've made some amazing updates have to our home that you will enjoy as much as we do. The two main bathrooms on the top two floors have been completely renovated and updated. We also installed three mini-split Heating/AC units installed in 2024, to make our home even more comfortable during those really hot days and those cold winter nights.

This is our family home, and host other likeminded families with a no party policy that is strictly enforced. Lots of dates available, two night minimum. Beautiful brand new pool to enjoy, and less than a mile walk to town.

Quiet, private 4 story town house directly on the Whitaker Woods trail system, perfectly located across from Cranmore Mountain and a mile walk to North Conway Village. Comfortable and cozy home with lots of natural light from the large windows and vaulted ceilings. Spread the family out and enjoy, or share it comfortably with another family. Plenty of space for everyone!

You'll enjoy a view of the White Mountains from this comfortable and roomy end unit, which offers open-concept eating and living areas, a full stone gas fireplace, cathedral ceilings, a wraparound deck, a large mudroom, laundry and a kids game/bunk room in the basement - all in a peaceful trailside wooded-setting. Cross-country ski, or mountain bike on Whitaker Woods trail system right from the door!

Sleeping arrangements are as follows:
1st Floor: One room with queen sized bed
2nd floor: One room with king sized bed
2nd floor: One room with two bunk beds
Walkout basement: One bunk bed

The fully finished lower level is also equipped with large screen TV and an Xbox gaming system, as well as a pool table. The perfect place for the kids to play while mom and dad enjoy a drink or the fire!

The nearby Cranmore Mountain Resort is a full-service, year-round resort with several restaurants and pubs, a fabulous children's program, acres of ski slopes, cross country ski trails, a tubing park, a family fitness center and an outdoor pool in the summer. The resort also offers fun activities like Cranapalooza and fireworks in the winter; Summer concerts, Art Jubilee and Camp Cranmore in the summer; and Oktoberfest and Ghoullog Halloween Haunted Chairlift Rides in the fall.

Conveniently located within walking distance of the beautiful downtown of North Conway Village, the Conway Scenic Railroad, and just minutes from world class outlet and antique shopping, Mt. Washington, several other skiing options, hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, rock climbing, leaf peeping, golf, river kayaking and canoeing. If you are looking for amusement parks, we're just down the road from Storyland, and Attitash, close to Santa's Village, and Jackson Falls.

The accommodations were very easy to find, super clean, and the large windows and tall ceilings made it feel even larger. We didn't use the deck but it was nice to see birding binoculars available. We were a little confused about the thermostat and felt heat blowing but then we read the directions and realized it was user error. Pool is very nice and close by as well. I loved that there were multiple bunk beds and plenty of storage and hooks.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and mostly everything worked well. It was a quiet, serene community and very close to all North Conway has to offer. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. The one drawback was that the back deck and grill were absolutely covered with a very sticky sap, so we couldn't use that space or eat outside - not really something the owners can control, but it was a disappointment. Otherwise, it's a very nice rental!

Wonderful Stay!

We had such a great time staying at the North Conway Village. The place was just like the listing—super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Check-in was easy, and the host was super friendly and quick to respond if we had any questions. The location was awesome—close to all the shops, restaurants, and trails, but still nice and quiet. We’d definitely stay here again and totally recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the area!

Location is great! Kitchen appears to be a little smaller than I expected, but we were able to use the grill. We wanted to sit outdoors but the outdoor furniture was covered in sap. Bring your own chairs. The kids loved all the sleeping options. So much for them to do. The pool is a bit of a walk so an adult would need to leave the property to take the kids to the pool. Other condos had multiple cars which made it difficult for us to park. But all these things were minor and overall the location can’t be beat. End of the complex for great privacy. Want to come back!

Perfect family friendly getaway car n a great location!

This condo was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. It is located in a beautiful little spot, across the street from Cranmore and a 15 min walk/quick drive to downtown. We were grateful for the baby gate and a few pantry staples that we forgot! The property manager was very quick to answer any questions that we had, which we appreciated! We would love to stay again.

Perfect North Conway Retreat!

Great central location and ideal size for two families with kids. Communication with Gregory was easy and would highly recommend! Kids loved the pool table, outdoor pool and bunk beds. We would definitely stay there again!

We’ve stayed at another condo in this complex previously but the layout of this one worked better for our families. The unit was impeccably clean and having the pool is such a great option for young kids. We plan to book again next summer, thank you!

North Conway Get Away

Quick drive or walk to town. The pool was clean and never packed. Very clean and quiet community. I would not stay here in the summer again. It has a very cozy atmosphere and would be a great place to take a big family skiing. The condo needs some TLC. It’s outdated and could use some repair. The back deck had nails sticking up in places and some of the electrical outlets in the upstairs bunk room didn’t work. House keeping did a good job cleaning , making beds and restocking basic bathroom items, but the whole place needs a deep cleaning we couldn’t open most windows and the sliders and screens didn’t work well. Overall we had a nice time and loved the whole set up of house.

Great stay in North Conway!

We came to North Conway for our annual family getaway with my family and my sister’s family. The house was perfect for our families. There were plenty of beds and the common areas were great! We had an issue with WiFi, but Gregory was quick to respond to my messages and the issue was resolved. We would definitely stay here again!

Lots of space. We loved that we could control AC (3 mini-splits). Upstairs queen room was hot, but could cool down if door was left open. We hadn’t.realized pool was shared, but it was fine just a short walk and not too busy. We walked downtown a couple of times. Overall it was a good stay!

We had a great weekend in North Conway . This property is exactly as it is advertised, close to town and it has everything you could need . Beds were comfortable and the owner was very easy to work with. I will definitely rent this property again on my next visit to North Conway!

Wonderful family stay

This house was perfect for our trip to North Conway! Close drive to wildcat and Attitash. Cranmore is right across the street. Close drive to downtown and could even walk it if you wanted. Would definitely consider staying here again. Great hosts and very responsive.

Wonderful Time in the woods

We arrived before dark on Friday night. We had no trouble finding the location and got in easily with the provided in formation. The kids explored place picking their personal favorites. We were there with five of my daughter's friends. They enjoyed the pool table in the basement in the evenings and the large couch on the main floor watching Netflix. The property is a very short drive to beautiful downtown North Conway. We cooked all our meals in the well-equipped kitchen. During a brief stay I need to contact the owner for a clarification, he answered quickly. Everything was clean and plentiful, especially blanks. We would love to return!

Our group of 6 enjoyed our 6 day stay. Something for everyone. 3 bathrooms was a plus. And the pool was perfect. The area has lots to offer and lots of good restaurants. Would stay there again!

Summer review

Property was very clean & comfortable. Greg was very responsive & easy to work with. The pool was fantastic-quiet & clean. It was pretty hot when we were there. The portable a/c units kept the unit comfortable. Bedroom doors needed to remain open at night so rooms did not get unbearably hot. Some of the bedrooms could use an additional nightstand/table to place your things on. I would not recommend this unit for elderly/disabled folks as the stairs leading down to unit could be tough to navigate. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay.
