The staff were very friendly and helpful. The exterior of the facility is beautiful, as is much of the interior. The mattress was very comfortable. Our only disappointment was the bathroom ceiling needed repair...soon!

The bathroom was shabby, with dirty woodwork, peeling wallpaper, burnt out lightbulb over sink, bathroom fan not working, rusted heat register. Several electrical outlets in the unit did not work. TV remote did not work. Carpet was shabby, and the part of the floor which had linoleum was ripped and torn. Windows were dirty. Dining table chairs were scratched and worn. Staff tried to be helpful but seemed overworked and shortstaffed. Hotel room was not at all what was advertised on line.

The property is very run down & dirty in all common areas. The room we had was surface clean but there’s some mold in the bathroom & the faucets were a little wonky. Good water pressure in shower though. The bed itself had clean linens & was comfortable. When we checked in they had only one person on desk who was understandably overwhelmed by the crowd. Only other staff I saw was annoyed when I interrupted her to ask for towels at the front desk. It’s in a great location & met our minimal needs but will probably not go there again.

Very deceived by photos of property and rooms as compared to reality. Rooms had paint peeling from doors and walls, holes behind doors. Floors and carpets were dirty - no idea if or when they were vacuumed or cleaned last - smelled bad as well. Random bugs flying around and in bathroom. Hair found in shower and in bedding. Needed to call housekeeping to have bed linens changed. They were stained with various things. Pillows were yellowed and just gross. I had made the reservation with rooms on second floor and were given bottom floor by as we were told, management’s decision - would have looked for another place to stay had I known that. Did not check out the breakfast buffet. I figured if they couldn’t clean the rooms, imagine how dirty the kitchen must be. Overall very disgusted with whole experience.

Room was not the cleanest I've stayed in. Bathroom thermostat was hanging off the wall. Plunger for shower was stuck so you couldnt have a bath. There were no towels in bathroom apon arrival. You could see smear marks on walls and there were stains on boxsprings. Definitely needs a major cleaning!! Wish I had taken pictures to post.

I love the location and the property staff manager, Cindy was very friendly. The stair ways and the facade of the rooms were in poor condition and looked dirty. When we checked in at 5pm, there was someone cleaning our room. Thankfully Cindy gave us a new room right away. Our room looked clean but definitely dated. Only good for a quick one night stay.

I loved the property check in was easy i had a wonderful vacation. The unique thing was the atmosphere and the indoor pool was cool and the building could be opened so it wasnt hot or miserable. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly.

The people working are very kind. The continental breakfast was yummy. However, not sure I’d stay here again. There were no towels at the pool. We asked for housekeeping. They made one bed and didn’t take any of the dirty towels or replace towels. The exterior light didn’t work. The interior light was broken along with the floor near the sink was coming up. And we had to beg for face cloths. And they had no hot chocolate which is my kiddos favorite. The WiFi was spotty but they said they were getting a new modem.

We have stayed here before and the experiences were night and day. This time around our room was not as clean as it should be, didn’t smell clean when we walked in. Usually you can smell cleaning products, we did not. It smelt like corn chips. We have young children, to me it was unacceptable to have a room that we paid for, not be cleaned properly. They were short staff. Pool was cloudy and not clear like it was last time. The lady that prepares the complementary breakfast wasn’t the friendliest to say the least. The breakfast was terrible. The first day they didn’t even have enough breakfast to serve. Was told by the lady who works in the kitchen “sorry it was a busy weekend, nothing I can do about it”. Then on another morning, my 4 year old and I walked to the breakfast room to bring back some breakfast to the room because our one year old was very fussy due to him teething, the same lady came up to me and asked “are you planning on taking that back to your room?” I said “yes” she then said “oh they don’t like you doing that anymore, it’s harder for them to clean the rooms”.. I mean seriously? The room wasn’t even clean, and people get take out all the time. How hard is it to clean the room. We were very displeased because like I said we had an amazing time the first time my family stayed here which was a couple years ago. We ended up checking out the night before we were supposed to originally check out. This time around was enough for us to not want to come back.

Time to upgrade.

Shower was dirty and ran out of hot water day one. There is barely any light in the room. The carpets smelled. The TV was tiny. The owners are not putting any money into the place.

Keep looking.

The staff was great. The facility is out dated and not comfortable. The room smelled. There was no hot water the first night. The hot tub was warm only. The owners clearly need to put some money into the facility.
