_Beautiful 3+ bedroom, 2 bath house with sleeping for up to 12 people (owner will consider a well behaved dog). This house is located in desirable North Conway abutting Echo Lake State Park and is a short drive from Cathedral Ledge, Diana's Bath and Downtown North Conway (Zebs, Conway Scenic Railroad, The Met, Horse Feathers, Stairway Café, The Penguin, etc.). _

This welcoming house is situated on a wooded corner lot abutting Echo Lake State Park in North Conway, NH. This spacious home greets you with large living area with wraparound sofa, comfortable chairs and desk with printer. The living area flows seamlessly into the dining room with large table and seating for 8 people. *Wood stove in living room not for guest use*. The dining room also includes a large rack of assorted board games. From the dining area, make your way to the large kitchen with ample counter space, numerous cabinets and additional dining table with seating for up to 6 people. Off the kitchen is a 3/4 bath and the living room with flat screen TV and slider doors that lead out to the back deck with outdoor dining area, lounger chairs, gas grill and outdoor fire pit (permit required).

The second level of this home is complete with 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom and bonus "bunk room". The first and second bedrooms include a queen bed with TV, and the third bedroom includes a king bed with TV. The bunk room offers 5 twin beds and 1 full bed.

Make your way down to the partially finished basement where you will find a bar area, sitting area with TV, ping pong table, table top Foosball and washing machine and dryer.

This house has a prime location, just outside the heart of Downtown North Conway where you will find great dining options, boutique and outlet shopping and bountiful outdoor recreation! Traveling during the winter? This house is centrally located between Cranmore Mountain and Attitash Mountain and a few minutes drive from Wildcat Mountain.

LAYOUT:

Main Level: Living area, kitchen, dining room, living room, 3/4 bathroom.

Second Level: (1)Bedroom with king bed, (2)bedroom with queen bed, (3)bedroom with queen bed, bunk room with 5 twin beds and 1 full bed and full bathroom.

Lower Level: Partially finished basement with bar area with seating, TV, ping pong table and tabletop Foosball. Washing machine and clothes dryer located in unfinished area of basement.

Outdoors: Partially screened in room off side of house. Deck off living room with outdoor dining set, 2 lounger chairs, gas grill and fire pit (permit required).

AMENITIES:
*Linens included - towels and bed sheets*, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, cable TV, internet/WiFi, board games, gas grill, outdoor fire pit (permit required), outdoor dining set and lounger chairs. ***Wood stove in living room not available for guest use***. During the warmer months, the property includes a wall A/C unit in the living room and window A/C units in the bedrooms upstairs.

Winter school vacation

Vacation with family is always fun and relaxing. The location was great for skiing, snowmobiling and spending lots of money in the many shops at Settlers Green. The house was a nice size for my family of 10. The children had their space while the adults enjoyed a night of cooking, eating and relaxing with all the comforts of home. Courtney was great with any questions or concerns. I want to give a shout out to the Four Seasons plowing company that came 3 times to plow after an all night snow storm, later sanding, since pavement was very slippery. Wonderful week!

Excellent Location

Excellent location for a trip to the North Conway area. Short drives to ski mountains, shopping, restaurants, etc. The house set up was great for our two family trip but could easily could host three families. Having to check in at the management office as well as having to bring the trash to the management office which was about a 10-15 minute drive was the only items that were not made apparent in the listing but it was a minor inconvenience.

Home Sweet Home

I was really excited to stay at this property. I'm originally from The Valley and I really wanted to come back and stay somewhere that felt like New England and felt like home. This was just the place. There was plenty of sleeping accommodations for all of me and my friends, we loved the fire pit out back, and enjoyed utilizing the basement for games. We stayed six days and we were easily able to do all of the activities we wanted around town because of the great location. Nice quiet neighborhood and easy communication with the property management made vacation a breeze. Would love to come back!

Amazing property

My family does a vacation yearly my kids come from massachusetts and the rest of us from Maine. This is a beautiful home with everything you need right there. It accommodated 10 of us easily and there was plenty of space. It is in a great location close to shops and the river and we could take a trail from the back yard to echo lake. I would highly recommend this property and will defenitely book it again.

The location of the property is fantastic. Backs up to several trails for hiking which we took advantage of due to the unfortunate rainy weather. It is a short drive to the North Conway restaurants and shops. House is large and accommodating. Bedrooms are great size. Loft offers plenty of sleeping accommodations. Dining room was great for eating together and having family games after. The house is definitely “Rustic’. Kitchen could use an entire upgrade, especially the Dishwasher and Stove. Overall would definitely stay there again though.

Cozy retreat

The listing shared is on point. Plenty of room to spread out or be together. Outdoor space is perfect. The house is in a perfect location to so many area attractions, restaurants, waterways, and shopping. Found a natural spring along the river to fill your water bottles daily!
