Extra safety precautions:

Between stays our cleaner will be sanitizing the house, paying extra attention to high touch areas (door knobs, keyless entry pad, remote controls, etc).

Pine Brook Lodge is a spacious 9 bedroom / 16 room / 5 bathroom vacation house available year-round. There are plenty of activities within for all ages including a large game room with an 8' Olhausen slate pool table, a professional air hockey table, dart board, foosball, boss toss, flatscreen TV, fireplace, and wet bar. Our house has 3 TVs with cable, game room, living room, TV room, playroom, plenty of board games & books, 2 fireplaces, a dry sauna and free wifi access. Each bedroom has a fan & CD player / dual alarm clock. Outside there is parking for six cars, a landscaped front yard with sprinkler system and a small back yard adjacent to the brook with picnic tables. There is a front porch, a front balcony and a back deck with a gas grill. Child friendly, it includes a baby gate, crib, pack n play, booster seat and high chair. Please note: Pine Brook Lodge is strictly no parties, no smoking and no pets.

Lower Level: The lower level has double sliding doors to the back yard & brook off of a the game room (8' Olhausen pool table, 7' air hockey, foosball, darts, boss toss, fireplace, cable TV, wet bar w/fridge/freezer & sink). Other rooms on this level include laundry room (large washer / dryer), TV room w/flatscreen TV, sauna, twin bedroom & a full bathroom.

Main Floor: Enter from our front deck into the main living area. This level includes the kitchen (granite counters, fridge with filtered ice/water, convection oven, glass top stove, microwave, toaster over, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, disposal), dining room (seats 16 + highchair), living room (42 inch flatscreen TV, DVR, DVD, stereo & phone with answering machine), central fireplace viewable from all 4 sides, king master bedroom, queen bedroom, twin bedroom, full bathroom & a large covered back deck with gas grill.

Top Floor: The upper level has a long hall with double skylights overlooking the living room. On this floor are a reading area, queen master bedroom, queen bedroom, two double bedrooms, twin bedroom, playroom & full bathroom.

PLEASE NOTE: In the summer, we have a 3 night minimum. Check in/out days are Mon, Wed, Thur, or Fri.

Quintessential ski lodge. Our group of 10 loved staying here and we will be back next year. Place was very clean and had tons of space to sleep and play. The basement was epic with Foosball, pool, and air hockey keeping the kids busy while we sat at the bar and relaxed. Well stocked with firewood for the 4 sided fireplaces on both levels. Also a great location with Cranmore and restaurants close by.

We really enjoyed our stay in North Conway. Katie was great to work with and very easy to communicate with throughout the process. The house was clean, comfortable, and worked perfectly for our extended family. There were some nice personal touches that made it feel welcoming and well cared for. The location was also fantastic — convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely recommend this home and would be happy to stay again.

Katie kept us informed and answered quickly. The house of very clean and well stocked. The only thing is wish the kitchen and living room area were bigger. The seating area didn’t hold all of us without pulling over dining room chairs and that was just the adults. The playroom area was perfect for our teenagers.

Everything was great, the location, beautiful house, bedrooms very comfortable. If there’s any complaint not really a complaint, just a suggestion, the couch needs new cushions. There is a website where you can order new cushions it’s called the foam factory . It was a little uncomfortable because you just sink into it.

Great location for larger families

House was clean upon arrival and well stocked including things in the kitchen like a colander for cooking spaghetti or rinsing fruit. Everyone had fun with the game room downstairs including the children playing air hockey. Location was excellent to downtown and also to many beautiful natural places like Cathedral Ledge, Echo Lake, Emerald Pool, and also for fun places for the kids like Storyland etc. Many restaurants in the area. The owner was super accessible and made sure that everything was ready for our arrival including the AC. Excelent stay!

Location and Space

The property location is perfect for a ski weekend or trip to North Conway. The house was clean and the layout with multiple rooms worked great for our group. I would recommend you consider staying at the Pine Brook Lodge!

Amazing stay in North Conway, near Mt Cranmore

Our host was amazing and super responsive. The house had a great mountain cabin feeling to it. The game room was incredible; it kept our crew entertained, no need to go out into town. The Sauna was the best, especially after a full day of snowboarding. It slept 12 of us very comfortably

We Love this house, many reasons: the owner is wonderful, and very responsive. the house is perfect for our family, the dining area is 2 large round tables that is perfect for our family. the house is always clean and neat, and close (walking distance) to downtown for shopping and eating, and so many hikes. Close by, driving, for some fun in the water! We would recommend this house to everyone. thank you Katie and Tony for another perfect family vacation.

Vacation for whole family. 10 adults and 7 children. PLENTY of room for all. Close to all attractions. Katie is an amazingly attentive host. The built in baby gates and all baby supplies made the trip so much more relaxing. We will go back for sure!

Wonderful Cabin

This place was perfect. We had meals and played games together. But everyone had their own bedroom. Close to town. Katie the host was super nice!! We loved it there. Bonus, one morning we saw a Momma Bear and her cub.
