This 3/2 is located in the heart of North Palm Beach and is close to everything! The house is between Northlake Blvd. and PGA Blvd and has easy access to the golf course, Intracoastal and all of the great parks in North Palm Beach. The house is updated with new appliances and has 3 comfortable bedrooms with 2 full baths. You can sleep 7 comfortably in 4 beds. The back yard is huge and there is plenty of parking in the driveway to accommodate an RV or Boat trailer



The Space:

This served our needs as we had our dogs with us. However, unless I needed to have a pet friendly rental and was out of options, I’d steer away. The house leaves a lot to be desired. It’s run down and in dire need of TLC. Moldy shower curtains, dirty floors, pet hair everywhere, old towels, creeky beds that could collapse at any moment, filthy AC filter, old water filter, key pad on door that was impossible to see, loud AC that it SO loud when in turns on, cracks in the ceiling that make you wonder about the structural integrity of the house, etc. The list goes on. This rental is supbar, sorry to say but just stating the truth.

The host gave us all the necessary info in a very timely fashion. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room in the garage were all well equipped with towels/shampoo and body wash etc- preventing the need to run to the store for necessities - and even beach towels and chairs were available which was a nice surprise. The rooms were very comfortable and overall we had a great stay.

My wife and I were pleased with this property. The owner furnished extra essentials that we sometimes have to run to the grocery store to purchase at other rentals (coffee, sweetener, toilet paper, trash bags, body wash/shampoo/cream rinse). When we had questions concerning things like the thermostat, we received prompt response. I would definitely recommend this property.
