LOCATION, location, location. This 2br Slopeside condo is position A on the snowiest mountain in the east! Welcome to the newest addition to our lodging family. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is the perfect spot for those that want to be at the center of it all and steps from Queens Highway. It’s so close to the trail that you can watch skiers go by from the comfort of the couch….and it’s a new couch because a complete renovation of the condo was just completed in the summer of 2025!!! Ski on/off access isn't the only convenience… from our Slopeside location you can park your car and forget about it! The condo is an easy walk to the Pump House water park, Ice Haus, Taiga Spa, and all the restaurants and amenities Hotel Jay and the Tramside base has to offer, including the outdoor pool in the summer season. Park your car when you arrive and warm it up when you're ready to leave. If you want to explore other amenities at Stateside, Jay has you covered with their shuttle service - just call and catch a ride - door to door service around the resort.

Inside, you'll find 2 bedrooms featuring a queen bed and twin over full bunk (sleeps 5). The kitchen is brand new and comes fully equipped to make meal prep a breeze. The cozy living room has a gas fireplace to warm up, while you watch the 350+ inches of annual snowfall, or relax and enjoy an après drink. Our condos always feature complete linens, towels, and essential sundries because no one wants to lug that stuff to their vacation.

Whether you seek the adrenaline rush of the best steeps and glades in the east, the fun and adventure of Vermont's largest indoor waterpark, or one of the longest ski seasons in the east, we’ve got you covered. And if you're wondering, yes, the Jay Cloud is real (google it) and it keeps delivering piles of snow up here!
