Ski and Golf Retreat w/Amenities

Welcome to The Jack! You'll be right on the golf course with access to on-site pools, hot tub and game room. Centrally located with easy access to I93, the heart of the White Mountains is at your fingertips. You're within 10 minutes to Loon Mountain and 20 minutes to Waterville Valley for skiiing, hiking, biking and swimming. Snowmobile right from the property! The Pemi River is closeby ready to be explored, and dozens of restaurants and shops await in either direction. Come make some memories!

Our 3 bedroom plus loft condo is located at the Jack O'Lantern Resort and Golf Course in Woodstock. Ideally located with convenient access to I93, this is a great option for families looking to enjoy all that the White Mountains Region has to offer. The lower level of the unit offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, along with a spacious living and dining area and private patio. The double room is a "lock off" unit, so it can be used as part of the entire house, or as it's own hotel style room. It has a separate exterior entrance, a private balcony, and a microwave/mini fridge/coffee maker. This is a great option for 2 families or groups of couples. The second level features a third bedroom, and a full loft with a half bath. The condo sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. On-site amenities include an indoor pool and jacuzzi, game room, tennis courts, basketball hoop and a seasonal outdoor pool. Snowshoe and nordic ski right onsite during the winter! A beautifully manicured golf course is right in your backyard, with a seasonal restaurant and bar to enjoy during your stay. You'll have quick access to the Pemigewasset River too! Although there is plenty to do at the Resort, the following attractions are close-by:

Franconia Notch- 15 minutes

You'll have access to the entire unit. Golf is not included in the reservation.

Rec center is open weekends 10 AM to 9 PM, except on Sundays, it closes at 6 PM

I am local if needed, but we offer contactless check in, and I am available via airbnb message during your stay.

There is parking for a maximum of 2 cars at the unit. Additional cars must be parked in the overflow lot across the street. There is a fine for cars that are improperly parked, and we will have to pass this along to guests. Please help us to avoid having to do so!

VACATION HOUSE RULES AND RENTAL AGREEMENT

Please be sure to read this rental agreement in full. By clicking “Book Now” you are acknowledging and agreeing to terms and conditions of the “vacation property.”

RENTAL TERMS/COSTS: Total guests not to exceed 10 people, Rental period begins at 4pm on date of check-in and ends at 10 am on date of check-out.

PARTIES/NOISE: Absolutely NO PARTIES. The vacation rental is not suitable for people looking for a party house. This is a family neighborhood and guests should keep noise at a respectable level. Guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately if any complaints are made in reference to a party in the home.

SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed inside the house.


CHECK OUT PROCEDURE: Check-out is at 10 am. Guests are expected to follow the check-out procedure. Additional fees may be charged if the check-out time or procedure is not followed by guests.

WOOD STOVE: Guests are advised to use the wood stove with care. DO NOT overload/overheat the wood stove. DO NOT use the wood stove if you do not know how to use it.

SEPTIC: Our home is on a septic system. Please do not flush sanitary items or wipes down the toilet. Do not put coffee grinds or kitchen grease down the sink drain.

WEATHER: No refunds are given due to inclement weather or loss of power caused by storms

DAMAGE: Pet must not cause damage to the premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the security deposit.


INDEMNIFICATION & HOLD HARMLESS; ASSUMPTION OF RISK. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless your Host, North Woods Vacation Rentals LLC, and the homeowner, for any liabilities, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim in connection with your use and/or occupancy of the Vacation Rental, including, but not limited to, any claim or liability for personal injury, damage, fines, penalties, loss of personal belongings, or theft of property, which is made, incurred, or sustained by you and/or anyone using the Vacation Rental during your stay. You and anyone using the Vacation Rental during your stay accepts and assumes all risks involved in or related to the use of third-party transportation vendors, the pool/hot tub, activities participated in while on the premises, or amenities provided at the property, as applicable.

GENERAL TERMS. If any section, clause, paragraph, or term of the Rental Agreement is held or determined to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, all other terms, clauses, or paragraphs herein shall be severed and remain in force and effect. This Agreement shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and on each of their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assignees.

We want our guests to enjoy our home to the fullest, and for the safety of guests, our home and neighbors, you are expected to follow our house rules and check-out procedure. If it is discovered that any house rules are not followed, guests may be asked to vacate the property and will forfeit all monies paid (including any unused nightly rental fees and deposits).

This Agreement is between the owner of the Vacation Rental (your “Host”), and the individual completing this booking transaction for the Vacation Rental (“you” or “Guest”). You agree that you will be responsible for the actions and behavior of each individual present at the Vacation Rental during your stay. This includes ensuring each individual in your party or otherwise present at the Vacation Rental is aware of and in compliance with the terms identified in this Agreement.

The Guests agree to the terms of this Short Term Rental Agreement, as evidenced by payment and the acceptance of the booking agreement through the direct booking, VRBO or Airbnb platform.

We had a great stay at Jenna’s condo. It was comfortable and spacious enough for our group of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids).We loved being just a short walk from the outdoor pool, indoor pool, and hot tub.The location was convenient—right off routes 3 and 93, and only about 10 minutes from Woodstock, Lincoln, and lots of local attractions.
